Growing up on a farm 60 years ago. What I wished I knew then, if you cook the corn in the husk, on grill or oven, then cut the bottom 1/2 inch of ear and then squeeze the top to push out ear from top down. The ear comes out clean and ready to eat.

Seems like you guys are getting enough rain now too. I was amazed at you carrying that super tall stack of boxes Logan without several toppling 👍👍 Take care

As a southern farmer I get jealous of northern farmers this time of year. Then I remember your season is so short you have to work insanely hard to make a profit. My farm here in SC operates 365 days a year, so I get to take it easy by comparison. Different problems for different areas. Anyways, everything looks great!

Logan. How on earth did you manage to carry about fifteen boxes or more all stacked up on top of each other without dropping them. What is the next trick? Putting a hammer back where it belongs with a loop on the end of the handle by throwing it across the workshop like a large knife and the loop on the hammer handle hits a hook on the wall so that the hammer is hanging there? I wonder if anyone can put a hammer away from about twenty feet away from the hook using that style.

Down here in south central PA my family always cut sweet corn off the stalk with a knife. It fit in our crates better that way, at least until we got to the really long late season corn. We also laid a lot of bio degradable plastic so we didn’t have to pick it up when we were done with it. Picking up plastic in the fall after cantaloupes was one of my least favorite jobs. I was so glad when we made the switch.

You can cook those little potatoes in a pot of green beans. Those white potatoes are gorgeous as well as the egg plant and sweet corn. Those were the largest cabbage heads I've seen in year!
