I am a resident in the UK for almost 35 years. The system is created for British citizens. The cost of living for rent either you are a British permanent resident, not working disabled, old age not working, then you may seek help from the local council service department for financially help with the rental cost for the house or getting free council flat with the cheapest rent. The system is created for British citizens but lots of people foreigners asylum seekers abuse the system. Most services can be obtained for free if you know how the system works for you like free bank food, free health care service from NHS, free glasses from an optician, more financial help from the local council if you are disabled or handicapped physically, also a free bus pass can be obtained for travel locally in London to those ages 60 years old

Great eye opener Brother, u av done a great job sharing such a lot of valuable information about all the requirements for a new Comer whose visiting London may be as a student or for any purposes. My Son completed his MSC in Accounts and Management from Andrew's University during 2010. But we didn't av anyone to explain these issues to us. Good informative video.
Most of the vloggers on TH-cam showing they are having a rosy life here and showing off their house and cars and gardens etc. It may look luxurious living for a middle class to lower middle class person from India (rich are living a lavish life in India) but it is just a working class people's life style and nothing luxurious about living in a flat or house and having a 10 year old BMW or Audi. The persons who are living in real luxury are not on TH-cam showing their cars and mansions.
Unless you are a professional and having a well paid job or a business person having descent income the life here is very hard and all your earning will be spent on bills and basic survival. There is enough competition from eastern Europeans and illegal immigrants for low paid basic jobs and you will surely be exploited by Asian businessmen with low pay and long working hours.
There is a minimum wage (£8.72/hour) here and it may look a lot if you convert that to rupees but it will be difficult to survive with that money here.
So the grass is always look green on the other side and don't be fooled the house tour videos from UK, US, Canada and European TH-camrs.

Informative video. I've lived in London for 17 years and I'm in central London Spitalfields. Everything you say is true. Except a few exceptions which apply to foreign students who come over here to attend university.
