for example, she was accused of turning off the alarm for apnea. But the alarm never rang because the baby was gasping... the baby never stopped breathing for more than 20 seconds (20 is the threshold). for every incident, the strongest argument by prosecution was destroyed by the new experts panel in the same manner.

@@honved1 to my nonlegal mind, a conviction can't be undone without a court process of some kind. What if she's guilty of just some of the convictions? It needs to be retried inmo.
Also it's probably the best way to work out where and what went wrong.
Justice needs to be done, but also seen to be done so people can have confidence in the legal system. Thanks for responding

And he approached defence, after hearing his 1988 article was used inappropriately to explain babies dying. If you’re going to bad mouth people, try getting the facts right beforehand.

Its now the point that a respected person has gone so far as to convene a panel of experts to preserve the integrity of his paper because it was mis used in a prosecution that now basically means it would have to be stricken along with the extrapolated links they used or the prosecution will be forced to prove they used it properly .
i think a better option would be convene an independent panel to have every nda concerning hospital , staff , managers and contractors over a 20 year period opened lets find what's bin hidden .
