- While the AMG label seems to be applied to just about everything Mercedes these days, the Mercedes-AMG brand itself stands apart, with unique vehicles that are not based any other Mercedes-Benz products. To this point, they’ve focused those efforts on two-door performance cars; but that all changes with this car, the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door coupe.

This car can do anything... practical. Luxurious and fast ass hell
I must admit Mercedes AMG have really lifted the bar.
Some exceptional cars coming from them at the moment.
That Matt Blue paint is absolutely incredible
Held the Nurburgring record for several months this year. Pretty impressive for a 4 door sedan. They mention that AMG hasn’t made a 4 door before but they make the C63 AMG in sedan form.
Mercedes is clearly going after the BMW M8 with this one. Beautiful and fast and that AMG engine noise is awesome.
5:02 I was unimpressed until I found out that this "4-door coupe" is actually a 5-door hatchback! Very cool!

Not owning a race track, where the hell am I going to drive this to experience it’s potential? Don’t answer me because I’ll never be able to afford one.
It's crazy to me how many options we have as consumers these days if we want a car that gets to 60 in under 4 seconds. 3.0 was an unheard of number ten years ago. 3.5 for an SUV was unheard of five years ago. Now, you can have that number in a Jeep. What a time to be alive.
ICE cars are all accelerating faster now so that they aren't embarrassed by electric cars - which are much faster
It's such a beautiful car, mainly compared to todays ones. And it's an equally high amount of shame that it isn't available with a manual.

Tragically Such a shame the cost of the car is over $150k though it is truly an amazing vehicle the cost is crippling although worse depreciation kills you

I wish rear wheel drive was an option on any of the 4 door trims.

Been watching motor week for years. Funny thing they test the vehicle differently compared to owners which gotta abide by the laws of traffic stop n go stop n go etc. The real test is bumpy roads traffic jams trucks buses police scanning if your over the speed limit try driving that fast in Manhattan. Where in the US you can go over 100mph.
