I remember meeting him the third time. at the time I was sober for three years. I told him how he was my inspiration, to my sobriety. He told me that he was so proud of me and that I should be proud of myself. He told me to keep up the good fight and never give up or give in. He told me that I mattered to him and I was worth the struggle . He told me that he cared about me. Then he told me he loved me. He then gave me a huge hug 🤗. then said a prayer 🙏 for me. It’s now been five years. since I’ve been sober. I saw him about four months ago again. for the 4th time. I told him how now. I have been sober two more years. he again told me how proud of me he was. He said another prayer 🙏 for me. Afterwards he gave me another hug. He is an amazing person. I love you Justin 💙. Everybody reading this. I love 💙 you all out there. You are all amazing, wonderful, beautiful and unique individuals. Don’t ever give up the good fight. you are worth it and you matter. This was the first song i ever heared of blue october. It was about 15 years ago. I was watching so you think you can dance USA, in my little apartment in Norway. Someone was dancing to this song. I went strait to youtube and listen to the full song. Then i listend to hate me, and i have been hoocked ever since. Thanks to so you think you can dance i found the music that have been there with me trough the hardest times and the best times in my life. I have met two other Norwegians who knew them. So blue october had not become big in Norway yet. I hope some day they will so i can finally se them live after all these years.
I have been a fan of this band for only a year now but know every song because they speak to me like no other. I have gone to at least 5 concerts already and have 3 more coming up. The fans are like family truly. I hope you get to see them live someday. It’s a surreal experience. Thank you for showing them love. 💙
