Fun Facts: The oldest automobile manufacturer in JAPAN was Isuzu (1878)..older than Toyota, Nissan or Mitsubishi and they where Petroleum company first before entering the automotive industry that's why they were known as diesel specialist. And also the 4jj engine is the only known B10 rating engine in its class.
@@normkubyang9430 Engine manufacturers use B10 ratings to help consumers determine an engine's long-term durability. For example, an Isuzu 4JJ engine with a B10 rating of 375,000 miles means that 90% of those engines are expected to last that long before needing a major repair.
I love my MU-X, we have the top of the range. Excellent on fuel. We are upgrading our car looked at Toyota, Ford and Honda but stuck with Isuzu more features that suit our family.
I drive a dmax with this motor all day every day ,we have quite a few in our fleet, they get driven hard often , lots of ks , [traffic control] nice and grunty motor, keep an eye on the oil religiously, they will go through it.Absolutely service on time every time. They are a bit agricultural, and noisy, but all in all reliable. Most problems with the izuzus have been electric windows stuffing up, aircon fan speed losing 1 2 3 and only working on full blast, and going through oil.
There was an Isuzu MU in the early nineties. It was a two door much like a hilux surf but two door. Turbo diesel, lowrange and power everything... It's stands for mysterious utility fyi. I'm guessing the X is for extended lol
@@cartelltv Thanks 🙂 I suppose one benefit of the MU-X over a D-max is the coil rear end. Much better off road for flex than leaf springs. We are currently in a coach building era in the automotive industry. Nothing has changed much apart from the cabins and technologies. The "Holden" Rodeo and frontera were the exact same both Isuzu. If you removed the Holden badge underneath it said Isuzu on the grill. Much like the Colorado and trailblazer, although the Holdens are running the duramax 2.8L which is an Italian motor also used in the jeeps. No relation to the American Duramax 6.6L
@@cartelltv BT50s are Ford rangers. Just like the older bravos and couriers.... I'm sure there will be a Mazda version of the Everest soon enough haha. Also a great coil rear end option to the standard leaf Ranger.

It needs a refresh, I was tempted to buy the MUX but wanted a more modern feel. Hence I went with a Pejero sport instead. Hopefully in the future they pick up there game, then maybe I'll buy one.
Josh O'Brien nice choice i nearly bought the pajero sport but changed my mind again once i drove the mux i sat on the fence for about a month and am now in my 2019 mux ..both great cars both completely different i was jus more sold on the simplicity of the mux fir camping touring ect
Rocky Jerkic I’m weighing up these two vehicles too. The 2020 Pajero Sport is a fair bit more expensive but much nicer inside and comes with a lot more equipment as standard. The Isuzu reliability is legendary, though, which can’t be ignored.
bull its better than the new Toyota range and ford is rubbish as fo obsolete never not for a long time and it can be so updated now with options more than any real 4wd on the market as for the 2 heel drive to 4 wheel option saves tyre ware unlike constant 4x4 you dont need costant 4x4 on bitumen and normal driving conditions its the best 4x4 for your money right now
Plain vehicle, basically a ute with a permanent canopy, seats are like bumper car seats and after long term use the interior plastic looks like a tradies vehicle in a second hand yard, Great Wall present a more modern vehicle and well let’s face it, they aren’t great.

Planning to buy a second hand, low mileage 2019 or 2020 Mu-X. But i cant concentrate... Simone has my attention #Lord forbid my girlfriend sees this post.
MUX is not practical anymore.. entertainment & interior look not up to date.. safety feature also lack at all area, no lane keep assist, blind spot monitor & adaptive cruise ctrl

@@vantom6194 thank you.
This vehicle kicks ass! We drove it all over Thailand loaded down with five people and luggage for a week and it sips fuel!
I've already decided to buy an MUX, I just wanted to admire Simones exterior design. Awesome!
You can’t go wrong I’ve had mine for fourteen months great fuel economy highway city not so good but better then most SUVs
Ive had one for 8 years now and thinking of upgrading to the 2021 MU-X

Simone could review a garbage truck and I would watch this HOT BABE!!!
We’ll see if we can get our hands on an all-new 2019 garbage truck for our next review 😂
@@cartelltv I will be sure to watch!
Legend says when you buy Isuzu "you're not buying a car, you're buying an Engine, the car is the byproduct" LOL
Why LOL? Looks like you are not serious about it? So is it true?

Cool to see something I’ll probably never see in person!
It also pays to have decent all terrain tyres, rather highway that comes with this model...
The "weird step" is a storage unit...
Beauty and the machine ! What a combination [superb]
Even her stand is giving me goosebumps..
Isuzu for life
The front looks a mess, but if you can get over that a pretty good starting point to modify for offroad and trailing

What's the first soundtrack name used in this review ?

Jenny, twin turbo , no regrets.
So beautiful!
I was too distracted to comprehend the review. I'm paying more attention to other details, if you know what I mean.
Was watching Amelia’s Land Rover review and this came up as suggested. Got me thinking, maybe a should save the money and get this beast instead 🤔
Having in mind the warranty and the overall reliability... maybe you should. More over I find the new Disco as uglier, but luxurious though...
Same here.
plz add paddle shifter
The yumminess of this metis makes me dizzy, time to google her for more pics. ❤
Oh, I like the Isuzu too :)
Very - very nice

Mazda2 review please....
good compact car.. fuel economy...and great technology. the downside is the spare tire.. it is small..
Tonio Garcia yes its small, unlike your headlights ;)

Looks like two weeks old roadkill.
My wife thinks the name is putting her off this car the most and I agree with her. Why would you call your car the “MUX”?
I think it's an evolutionary nameplate from the old Isuzu MUV "Mysterious Utility Vehicle", X being 'crossover' maybe?

Just get rid of the badges and and you'll and enjoy your nameless car ;)
I think the X is a Roman numeral i.e. MU-10
The MU-V may have been version 5
😘😘😘😘😘😍
I love Isuzu.
Gift me please
Who else thinks Simone is wearing too many clothes?
I just can't focus on the vehicle
Smart Ass, nice figures, good presentation, who cares about Isuzu its a fucked up company Toyota is more reliable.

very average review; uninformative, boring and i lost interest quickly sorry - i will unsubscribe if that is the best you can do
I think you over-reacting, there is a lot of info for the car considering the video length.
BASSstarlet I don’t think so this presenter is boring as
Bye Felicia.
Way harsh Tai.
Go ahead - they won't miss you.
