Omgggg my dream career!!! I’m 15, and a freshman in an early college high school!! I’m so excited and want to be a NICU RN so Bad! So hopefully if all goes well, I will be graduating high school and have almost all my prerequisites done!!! ❤
I’m a surgical/trauma intensive care RN at a level 2 trauma center - we only take adults, sometimes older teens, but I’ve certainly never worked with babies! Thus, I somehow never knew NICU levels were opposite of trauma levels! Level 1 trauma centers get the highest acuity and most complex cases, whereas with NICUs, it seems those numbers are flipped. Never knew that! Thanks for the helpful educational video 😛 In nursing you really do learn something new every single day, even when off work at home browsing TH-cam 😂🥹
