"artists never show this side" exactly why bts is different, always so honest and transparent about everything they do with their artistry
sm entertainment and a few other groups/companies have recording behinds too? not too mention some western artists like ariana show it too. and sure sometimes they edit down their videos to be more smooth and have less error but i think most people understand that not everyone is perfect
True..... but there should be lke 30+ videos of Jungkook in the studio, not only 2 in 9 years.

@@bee12117 you seriously think this person who commented this, would say such a thing while thinking Jungkook only has ever released 2 bts of his recording in *9 YEARS.* Please. There's SEVERAL videos of not only him, but the vocalists, and old videos of the rapline from fetus BTS all over their channel. There's several compilations fans have made as well. A lot on VLIVE, and I mean a lot, but trust me when I say there is way over 30 bts clips of their actual recording or singing live without press/fans in their faces. Some examples are the mini documentary of *My Universe from ColdPlay, their reality tv show In The Shop theme song recording, their literal 3+ or more I lost count documentaries, that one song he wrote for the fandom on VLIVE on his own birthday, wrote it on the spot and sang it live....several more but I think you get the gist.*

Jungkook said he had prefect pitch when it was brought up in run bts ep 150 after it was brought up for the game. he was able to play the correct notes on the first try after hearing them once idk if that proved he had perfect pitch but it was very impressive and none of the other members were able to get it. he did say he didn't know the note names so I think he has perfect pitch but just doesn't know the names of the notes which is very jungkook
Well also in a recent interview Charlie Puth stated that he thinks Jungkook also has perfect pitch (Charlie has perfect pitch so he was able to recognize it in Jungkook) and Multiple producers/songwriters that have worked with BTS in the past have said that Jungkook has perfect pitch... The members themselves in ep 150 (Or i think it might've just been Jin) said "Does anyone have perfect pitch" and Jungkook raised his hand and said "Yes"

Yes it's true Jungkook has perfect pitch, in a interview Charlie actually said "I'm like 99% sure that JK actually has perfect pitch" also, theres actually been multiple instances in where producers/songwriters who've worked with Jungkook has said that he has perfect pitch, BTS also have a variety show called "RUN BTS" and in episode 150, Jungkook demonstrated his perfect pitch, he is also able to simultaneously sound almost always perfect/exactly like the another artists tone when he covers songs... Also he has a habit of mimicking his fellow members as well as others songs/random characters he likes from movies or tv shows which is cute 😭

Writers and producer's who have worked with BTS and have done interviews before has said it multiple times. CHARLIE PUTH (An artists with literal Perfect Pitch) said in an Interview, that Jungkook has perfect pitch and that It was amazing to work with an artists who has the same talent as him, literally a couple days ago WEVERSE magazine released an article talking about Jungkooks vocals and mentioned that he had perfect pitch, also not to mention that Jungkook himself literally said he has perfect pitch 😭 Also Vocal coaches have also said it...

@Sag im not biased towards their voices, jungkooks voice is simply more my style. no one can deny that they both have amazing and professional voices- i just prefer jungkooks soft and airy voice.
You should watch a Run BTS episode where Jungkook just guesses the correct pitch without even seeing what's played but just hearing it once. It's incredible. No doubt he has perfect pitch.
His astonished, glaring eyes were something to see...directed at the person who told JK, incorrectly, that he (the world-famous competitive perfectionist) was wrong. Another staff then asked JK to play the bells again exactly as he had done, so Jungkook proceeded to do it ... absolutely nailed it both times!!

Yes, Jungkook also has actual perfect pitch. 😊💜 Charlie Puth said this in multiple interviews and he said that he was so impressed with JK and that he told JK that he is “the only one who could really pull this off”. JK was also confirmed to have perfect pitch by multiple producers who have worked with him, including Brother Su (the producer of “I Need U” by BTS) and it was also confirmed by music critic Kim Youngdae and he wrote this in the book “BTS: the Review”. JK also demonstrated this ability in episode 150 of “Run BTS”. The other members said he has it also. 💜 Thank you for another great reaction! And no, many BTS fans just like to name themselves similar to the guys name or something funny and memorable for the sake of their admiration for the guys. You should watch him singing on V-live, it's so good.
His latest v-live he was popping off! In the last half, we got to see a different side of his voice that we have only seen snippets of before. More ballad songs. We also see a moment where he tries to warm up his voice, I thought it was really fun as he even showed/visualized where his voice was as he tried to get it higher.
But if you want no microphone, then you can watch earlier v-lives (there are some compilations on youtube from them). He has the voice of an angel.

I was very near Jungkook in the front row of the VIP section when I saw him in Berlin, & he was injured sitting off to the side. He sounds so amazing - never heard him off pitch. Sound check is such a privilege.

Jungkook has gorgeous technique but he’s also pitch perfect lol we have seen it in action multiple times but most recently in one of their last run bts episodes the crew asked them if anybody has perfect pitch and Jin instantly said jungkook and jk said he doesn’t know the names but yes he does and then they played a game with notes and they had to figure out what notes to push to match the question and he did it in the first try and the second to do it took kinda along time lol

Jungkook is the only one who goes on livestreams and takes requests live for songs and just does them there. How have you not watched him doing his live streams where he just sits and sings?!?!? He actually spoke a bit about the way he think when he hears music and songs that he loves and artists and “paints a picture “ in his mind of what it looks like on paper .. he did that at the silk sonic concert and closed his eyes like he did when he listened here to the track with his headphones… it was cool… also in an interview recently on weverse he talked about how he’s singing… his new vlive he talked about a pasagio or something … but man you have to check these out man

This is what sets BTS apart from a lot of artists. From the very beginning of their career, they've committed to showing ARMY way more of themselves and their work process than perhaps other artists would. They share so much with us, videos of their recording process, videos of them learning choreography or shooting stuff over and over until they get it right, behind the scenes of tough performances they've had to work through (the recent Grammys behind-the-scenes is an example of this!). They've never been afraid of showing us their vulnerabilities and that's what makes their final product so incredible is that as fans we've seen how hard they've worked and how far they came to get to where they are.

Exactly. I know very few artists who are not afraid to show the process where they make mistakes etc. Two of those are BTS and Stray Kids. Always honest, raw and transparent.
Please, check out this recording of one of Stray Kids' members (HAN, main rapper). They did a cover of a very hard song and he (along with their main vocalist) got the hardest parts and here is very short video of his recording.

I watched this the other day and it was nice to see him practicing and messing up a little bit ( just like I do, expect he's way better than me and I just sing for fun in my room hehe ) but idk, it kinda helps him feel more relatable like he's not always at some unattainable superstar level he's still a human who can mess up sometimes :)

Every time you react to Jungkook I just KNOW that I'm gonna love it hahaha. You understand his style so well and always appreciate it, but not everyone likes his breathy tone so it's great to see someone who gets it. I've never seen a male artist convey emotion better than him, not gonna lie.
Also, can I suggest some other bts/jungkook stuff I think you'd love? I don't know if you've reacted to these already but I think you would really love crystal snow, your eyes tell (their voices go so high in this one!!!) and falling, originally by harry styles, covered by jungkook. A lot of Korean companies acually release these kind of video's. I just saw the video of Red Velvet recording Feel my Rythm. It's really interesting to hear their pure vocals and how they hold themselves while singing.

Yes hello, hi - I remember recommending you do Red Velvet Recording Behind for Feel My Rhythm - I'm just saying. You love this - and so do I. I really love being able to hear artists trying out different things and figuring out that version that will be the final approach. LOVE. lovelove. This was so fantastic - and yeah, having good pitch when you're singing in context is totally different than perfect pitch for sure. I feel so glad I don't have perfect pitch tbh, because being in tune with improperly tuned elements would stress me out I think (trombonist, so different - but also sometimes a singer). I know all those times singing with my women's barbershop quartet back in the day, I was glad to be blissfully unaware that our pitch center slid flat a little by the end of the song, and just make sure I maintained harmony with the rest of the group. haha Thanks for this video! :D

there's no "R" "F" "Z" "TH" sound in Korean and the syllable system is totally different, so it would be so confusing for him to focus on how to pronounciate the lyrics and singing at the same time
Right, thats why he repeated every english word for perfect pronunciation. His native language is korean not english, because he is korean, first of all. People has remember and dont forget about that.
People always go around thinking he knows English way better than he actually does. Yes he works hard when he needs to speak in English and he works hard studying English but that by no means makes it true that he’s fluent in English. And if people at least understood how the Korean alphabet works, then they’d understand why he has to practice his pronunciation for certain words. Those three English songs they put out were not easy peasy for any of them (except possibly Namjoon but even he can get confused at times) despite how they might sound singing those songs!

Jungkook singing vlive concerts for people without any warm up lmao jungkook is a special breed my dude … can’t even edit the stuff out lol jungkook def has perfect pitch lol it’s crazy how he naturally finds the right pitch even while listening to a jumbled instrumental. They did something a long time ago that they had to sing a song properly while wearing headphones of another song playing in their ears and then noise canceling headphones on top of it lol jungkook did it in one shot and no one else came close lol and that was in like 2015… there’s a lot of stuff like that.. him playing the guitar off pitch and off notes while singing the actual song without even focusing . Jungkook definitely hears thing In Music that most of us don’t… it’s why he easily harmonizes with anyone and everyone so easily… hes got an exceptional ear for music
