You have to pay no matter the size. I have a 3 min video that is less than 50 MB and won't download without $$$. It really stinks because a group of middle school aged kids created and were hoping to use the video for a 4-H competition.
I downloaded the iPhone app version and it’s extremely limited. It doesn’t save any content in the folders after you’ve made them so you can go back and re-edit them. I was looking for something to replace. I moved me on my iPhone. I’ve also been using iMovie from my laptop. Is there a Kapwing desktop version that links w the app im paying 3$ / weeks for?

Explain to me how you got permission to use any of my images. Explain to me why my images came up in an image search when using your platform when I tested it. Explain how you plan on getting permission to use my images that popped up on your platform when I did not give you access to them. Your platform is a bad copyright risk to people's TH-cam channels. How this is allowed is beyond me.
