OHH - Ohhh, Ohh!! I forgot to mention something important. Everything I got from Amazon recently (the last half of the video, items the boys actually asked for) I got with amazon rewards points/money from purchases over the last half of the year. SAVE THOSE POINTS YALL! I got that almost $200 worth of stuff for them for free. I'll definitely be saving all the point for the year in 2025 and using them for Christmas then too. =) Thats all, carry on. =)
Advent calendars are SO fun! As a single Adult they've become one of my favorite things each year haha. It's so stinking fun to get up each morning before work! :p Even just the cheap ones with the little chocolates each day bring out the child in me! lol
Also (I'm sorry for being overly bouncy and posting so much lol!)...I really love that every single small thing you've gotten them has thought and love behind them! I use to get together with Santa's Elves each year to help them put together my parent's stockings while they were still around...and omg it was so much fun finding things to stuff into them! And there was thought and meaning behind everything I'd put in there. I never put meaningless filler into them. Not only did my parents love them...but it also brought me a TON of satisfaction putting them together and I was always so excited to watch them open things up (lol everything would be wrapped and signed by one of the Elves or Reindeer!)
Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Happy Thanksgiving, Jordan! I give my three teenage children in the household $300 apiece in cash Philip will be 14 in January, Jessica will be 15 in January and Dawnya will be 16 in April! My two oldest children who already have children of their own, Torie, who turned 26 years old today on Thanksgiving day is my oldest daughter and for her birthday she wanted to shop back lol. Like you, she lives in an 800 square-foot house. Her floors are all hardwood floor. My house is the same but a little bit bigger. because my house is all hardwood floor with porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathroom, believe it or not I use a shop back with the floor attachment and it is the best vacuum ever for hardwood floors and that is what my oldest daughter Torie wanted for her birthday today! for Christmas I got her an echo dot! For her two children Adonis who is 5 1/2. I bought him a big bag of Legos that was on his wish list and her youngest son. Elio, who is only just under four months old. I bought him a space themed walker! My other daughter Carrie, who is 24 years old I bought her a bunch of clothing items off of her wish list, I also got her a crockpot and Keurig that she needed because she moved into a new apartment and some of her items were stolen. For her two children aria who is seven I got her a terrarium that was on her wish list that she can make, a Barbie azine with 120 hairstyles plus accessories and for her birthday I got her a karaoke machine. Correction I bought aria a Barbie hairstyle magazine with accessories. I also got Carrie‘s other daughter. Jaden who she is not even due with until December 15, a baby bouncer, diapers, care, kit, and a few other items! Also for Torie, I’m giving her an additional $75 for Christmas! I make things super easy and super quick and Christmas is already done, everybody already has their items and we’re good to go! Adonis I also bought him a cars themed bed set for his bed! This next year for 2025 I am creating and designing the let it snow savings challenge which will allow me to save every month from January through December for Christmas 2025!
Girl inflation is up 20% this year. Also I got my kids each 2 books, 2 full sets of clothes, 2 pairs of pajamas, and each only like 4 gifts. Plus I got them each blankets. I tired to keep them comparable however, I have a 9 year old boy and a 6 year old girl. So there 4 presents are different.
Thank you for sharing this! My boys are 8 and 11 and i tyways try to get them the same amount of gifts. As they get older it is hard. My 11 year is very much into video games and sports and has zero toys. My 8 year old still loves super hero toys and legos. Its so much easier to shop for my youngest! You gave me a great idea with the snow boots! My boys have grown so much they both need new ones!
My son is 9 1/2 and I definitely go overboard, but it’s my love language, I start shopping super early (March this year), and some of this may get held back for Easter. I’ll put the current list in the reply. But I’m basically done and only have 1 thing left to buy him and I’ll include it in this list.
Sprigatito Funko Pop Giant Sprigatito plush PAC-Man Woobles kit and the Cherry accessory kit Pokémon wall decor brick kits from Mega Gravity Maze game Mini Magnatiles Declan’s Mining Co Raw stone bucket (we have had several of their buckets in the past and he LOVES geology) Impossible Creatures book An I Survived book A You Choose book box set A Hazardous Tales book Cat in Space Soup of Doom book A wallet Mario Kart 8 Deluxe A pair of Converse A Pikachu hooded blanket The Lego Monkey Palace game (from Santa) And the NEX Playground as a family gift
Last year, the big family gift that I purchased was a ninja creamy that way we can make smoothies, milkshakes, sorbet, and even homemade ice cream! I’m not sure if I’m getting a family gift for all of us this year or not I have no clue what to get lol on second thought I may go after Christmas and get some of those kits like the sausage and cheese kits things like that my kids really love those
I only buy for my oldest son since he growing up and he likes different things. He doesn't play with toys anymore. He preferred playing on his iPad. The toys he doesn't play I gave it to my second son and he's okay with it. He's two. He doesn't know it hand me down toys from his brother. I would rewrapped the toys everywhere and he get excited to just open the presents
I got us family matching pjs mostly bc it’s my babies first Xmas and for Santa photos (it’s not an every year thing atm) I got my 8 year old boy some dinosaur books, cat kid books, he’s obsessed with magnets so got some more of those I get a board game every year so I got him I think like a bluey themed game, I also got him a marble run and for stockings I got him some fidgets and minecraft mystery things and some chocolates For my 13 year old they’re getting makeup and lots of different art supplies he’s getting stickers aswell and they’re board game is a m***er mystery type one, and they’re books are five nights at Freddy’s graphic novels My baby who’s one two days before Xmas he’s getting bath toys he’s a water baby all the way, he’s also getting a first Christmas book and a like board puzzle
I don't have any children yet (but hopefully in the next two years) however, I have two goddaughters. The goddaughters are 2 and 5. I am still getting presents for them but so far what I have gotten them: 1. Troll doll coloring book with stickers (5 year old) 2. Little Mermaid Sticker Book (5 year old) 3. Paddington Bear toy (2 year old) 4. Disney Princess Paint Your Own Poster Kit (5 year old) 5. Markers and crayons (5 year old) 6. Gummy Multivitamin (5 year old) 7. Sparkly scrunchies/hair ties (both) I plan on getting more gifts for the 2-year-old. I think I would have had more money in my budget for them but I spent a lot on their mom (vitamins, hair products, skin products, etc.) and also plan on buying her a slow cooker to make meal prep easier. I am aiming for more educational materials (like LeapPad, flash cards, etc) as well as things their mom can use on them (hair products, lotions, etc). Most of the items came from the Dollar Store except for the vitamins which came from my job.
@katemiller7874 you are very correct. Luckily she knows how to hide things pretty well. I also got the baby a Leap Frog knock off of 100 words and I am still looking for barrettes for them
It is not just you for thanksgiving for me and my 2 year old son i spend 280.00 i could not even buy what i want i went to five and below for christmas im not cooking it is cheaper to go out to eat
I didn't do anything for Thanksgiving..just spending time with my boys. I don't celebrate Thanksgiving since we don't eat turkey so I just cook up something and we eat it
I have 3 boys- 5,9, 12 so it was nice to see a video on boys/preteens. We are more minimal this year also. About 6 gifts a piece. Like 4 things they want and 2 they need within the budget we set. The "read" we consider something you need lol. I don't do the advent calendar for my kids because I find most of them junky and overpriced. But I do get a candle advent for myself. It's my gift to enjoy during the season. What we do though is add a couple of new board games to the collection so wheh they are home leading up to Christmas we have that to do. We also do free or low cost things , like go see lights or movies etc.

This year things are expensive. I am nervous to see how my budget ends shaking out. Last year I did really good this year it’s been harder.
Half of my family are on vacation and it just me and my boys this year.
