I wouldn't be caught dead in a Pakistani rebuild. They're constantly using junk metal to repair critical parts. Think replacing broken sprockets with mild steel welded on type quality
These guys are soldiers of Pakistan if I'm not mistaking their nationality. Pakistan is an economically striving county, affording HITECH tools and machines are tough for them. So these guys are soldiers. The way they've used hydraulic pressure on that torned up chassis is incredible.
Danger! Danger! Danger! Dangerous and unsafe working conditions. Dangerous work practices. And lets predict that the automobile being tampered with will be dangerous to drive.
These fellows need air and battery impact wrenches and air chisels. However, they do great work without them. I am especially impressed with the hydraulic press operator as he straightened out the frame rail. Bravo to all.
Loved the crane at 13:34 when it nearly killed the guy guiding the engine. Those guys never show any emotion about anything so I believe we saw a true second of video.I wonder what he called the crane operator??
Reminds me of watching ants work , these Guys are so good that they do not have to be told what needs to be done next. They know what has to be done and go straight to that task. Wonderful video great workers.
Two things. I’m sure they are being told what to do. For one the video is sped up so the voices are distorted and two being in a different language makes it harder to understand what is being said. Still impressive work seeing people working with the tools at their disposal.
Almost can't watch the guy holding the long pike/chisel up with his bare hand while the worker with the sledge hammer does a full arm swing against the pike/chisel. He could easily lose a wrist or hand if the sledge slips. 😢
You can pretty well gauge the level of competency when one removes truck parts with chisel, hammer and a blowtorch. Ohh, and maybe a pipe wrench. And a crowbar,..of course.
I always wonder how they don't lose nuts, bolts, tools, and various other parts in the dirt they work in. Also, I was taught upon reassembly, dirt was the enemy......Getting dirt, gravel, and debris in lubricated parts is a major deal-breaker.
These men have done a fantastic job on the chassis with there bare hands👍.But they work in a dangerous enviorment no saftey wear and what about the man holding the long chisel and the other guy with a sledge hammer giving a full swing.OMG😢
Worn down tires does not help either .In Pakistan everything can be repaired .Cheap labor helps it on the way . Maybe we could learn a thing or two from Pakistan. What is wrong in Europe is the wages and the price of spare parts .A lot of cars are totaled because of the expenses .Cars that could easily be repaired .It is a waste of resources to scrap cars with “minor damages “ .
Some things should not be “repaired.” This cab will never work as designed again and should be scrapped. But compared to everything else on the road there, this is probably normal.
_HOLA SALUDOS DESDE COATZACOALCOS VERACRUZ ACABO DE SUSCRIBIRME A ESTE CANAL ME PREGUNTO LE CONVIENE REPARAR AL DUEÑO DE ESE CAMION POR EL COSTO ????? AQUI EN MEXICO ES PERDIDA TOTAL PARA EL SEGURO APARTE QUE YA NO QUEDAN IGUAL REPARAR UNA UNIDAD ASI CON ESA MAGNITUD DE GOLPE_
It is interesting how these guys work hard and very happy I think they like a lot the job they do
Hats off to the guy holding the chisel when they were getting the rivets out, his faith in the guy with the hammer is wonderful!
😢
Yes, tell that to the thousands of accident victims in that country every year who do not receive any disability pension!
Skil and determination. It is such a pleasure to see these men work.
Scary dangerous working conditions, no eye protection or safe foot wear yet these guys are amazing
Thank you 🙏
You don't need a ton of safety equipment, when you are a dedicated worker that knows what he is doing.
Asian people are not as whiny as white workers
That cab, except for parts, has got to be a total loss. Frame straightened out pretty well. Would like to see a part 2 on the cab.
They guys with the big press do a good job. The chassis is still junk but has some semblance of what it should be again
I wouldn't be caught dead in a Pakistani rebuild. They're constantly using junk metal to repair critical parts. Think replacing broken sprockets with mild steel welded on type quality
Excellent skill and determination!!!
Que máquina maravilhosa desempenar chassis, Parabéns as pessoas trabalhadoras desse país, abraço aqui do Brasil ,São Paulo
Beautiful! I can only remember doing repair work in the dirt. Today I don’t even know what’s in there. Stay safe.
Thanks, you too!
My hat's off to third world countries cheap skilled labor where nothing gets replaced but repaired and put back together. Canada 🇨🇦
Whoever thinks he has a hard job need to watch this vid first. Amazing what these hard working simple guys can restore! Bravo!
Parabéns aos mecânicos vcs são muitos bons. Sou do Brasil.
Thanks 😊
We spend a lot of time in the USA cleaning stuff to work on it and put back together. Kind of makes you wonder.
The frame guys did a great job.
They have done this a time or two.
Thanx
As cheap as those truck cabins are made you guys should specialize in custom roll cages or crash bumpers like trucks 🚚 in Australia
for your clients
Then be out of a job....😃😃😃
😅Maybe the "Hammer-Man" is a good golf player
Normally I tend to think these vids have to much repetitive work. But the work done when frame rail straightening was amazing!
Thank you very much!
Gran trabajo amigos saludos
Great job guys

That hydraulic press sure is handy along with a good crew.
I’d like to see how they do a axel alignment after all that
some air driven tools would definitely be an advantage here,
Danger! Danger! Danger! Dangerous and unsafe working conditions. Dangerous work practices. And lets predict that the automobile being tampered with will be dangerous to drive.
Definitely not to osha standards.
would like to see how you would go working there a big fail for sure
@@kenneth_baker101
I don’t think they care….
Job gets done with tools they have 😊😊😊.
Or they can starve to death
These dudes get it done. Period.
These fellows need air and battery impact wrenches and air chisels. However, they do great work without them. I am especially impressed with the hydraulic press operator as he straightened out the frame rail. Bravo to all.
The great repair skilling!this is most SDGs !!
Once again, great job. Your crew does amazing work.
Yes they do

I like safety shoes.
A little dirt in them bearings won't hurt a thing.

@lawnmowerdude if they put half the effort into fixing the roads that they put into polishing these turds they wouldn't have so many smashed trucks
Really good work
Almost can't watch the guy holding the long pike/chisel up with his bare hand while the worker with the sledge hammer does a full arm swing against the pike/chisel. He could easily lose a wrist or hand if the sledge slips. 😢
Toes, how do they have all of their toes??
Amazing workmanship Excellent work with some basic tools.
Thank you very much!
You can pretty well gauge the level of competency when one removes truck parts with chisel, hammer and a blowtorch. Ohh, and maybe a pipe wrench. And a crowbar,..of course.
Yorucu zorlu bir süreç kolay gelsin.👍🇹🇷
That poor dude holding the rivet cutter! One missed swing and he’s going to be sporting a mangled hand forever. 😮
I always wonder how they don't lose nuts, bolts, tools, and various other parts in the dirt they work in.
Also, I was taught upon reassembly, dirt was the enemy......Getting dirt, gravel, and debris in lubricated parts is a major deal-breaker.
The sound when they are straightening the frame. Kind of sounds like in the movies, when the devil is about to show up.
hi there, great job on the chassis, love the Bedford TK cabs in the background,
Thanks for watching
Complete video dala karo chahe do part me
Ok ✅
Skill and teamwork is superb. Wonderful video on workmanship.
Thank you very much!
What a Work😊
From Brazil 👍🔝🔟👏👏🇧🇷
Better than new!!
How much do you think the truck owner paid for this ‘repair’?
200$

Question 🙋🏾♂️ did the driver survived ,because that truck 🛻 was messed up
Thanks ❤️
True master at work!!!
homem trabalha bem
the amount of crashes in pakistan/india is insane surely you guys have laws for the road?
Is that a Bedford tk cab sat there as well ....Bedford TK would be worth saving.....
that is a nice press you have
The ground is level, so the saw horses are level, so the frame will be???????????
Absolutely 👍
Awesome 👍😎
kolay gelsin. çalıştırıp 2 km. yol gitmeniz gerek.
Lots of chisels and very big hammers!

did the driver live after the wreck
there were 2 people in this truck one of whom was safe and one died
good warok g like doin
These guys are and skilled no safety gloves no safety boots no goggles either they're doing a fantastic job
To the mechanic when you are telling the crane operator to go up or down only have one guy telling the operator tow and three guys waving is no good.
Great workmanship. But don't walk underneath anything hanging on a crane.
Terus mesin nya, tidak di pasang kembali ?
Excellent skill gents but heating and straightening the frame is eh
can't believe what they can accomplish in the US that truck would have been chopped up for scrap metal.
Some things should not be “repaired.” This cab will never work as designed again and should be scrapped. But compared to everything else on the road there, this is probably normal.
Hope there is an emergency room close by.
