    I agree that for people with IBD, corn and possibly oats can be bad. As with IBD, what is good for one person might not be good for another. Personally, I haven't had any issues with either corn or oats. But, that doesn't mean you don't. I always say, I am not a doctor and I am just giving my opinion. As with most things, you should discuss with your GI before going GF if you have IBD and possibly even talk to a nutritionist.

    Gluten is the protein in wheat, not a "chemical" just to be clear. :) Pro-gluten-free here too!

    I have crohns and tried some Gluten free bread and muffins yesterday and today I went to the loo as normal I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made in one day.

    I have crohns and gluten doesn't affect me at all.
