My boyfriend has had his yellow pair for about a year now and they’re pretty flawless. We’ve changed them out for a second pink pair now! I’m on the look out for orange next - they’re so fun and even I can install them and honestly I’m a clutzy one. 10/10 would recommend!
they look magnificent, but i am hesitant to put silicone covers over calipers that need to cool after braking.....especially after parking the car, the heat of the calipers cannot disperse and therefore could warp the disc where they make contact....
@@fritsprive Appreciate your comment. I have been using it for the past 2 weeks with no issue the heat at all. The Caliper skin only covers the painted part of the brake caliper therefore it still radiates the heat out as it suppose to. The silicone is made to withstand the heat and prevent it from melting on the caliper. Thank you for watching! Please subscribe for future contents.🙏😃
@@dadstoyscarsit’s not only to worry about the silicone to not melt to the caliper but to let the caliper cooldown which the silicone gets in the way and blocks. Let us know or do a follow up after maybe 2-3 months.
Heat? The majority of people have brakes issues after some years because they are rarely used since most people brake 99% on the motor. So unless you do trackdays you have no chance of creating serious heat with the brakes.

I would be more concerned that road debris could tear them off and then get sucked in by the breaks. That may prove to be expensive. 😢
