Ingredients and rough recipe.
100g rice flour (mizuhochikara)
4g sugar
2g dry yeast
1g salt
110g lukewarm water (30-40°C)
10g rice oil (I didn't add it this time)
4g psyllium
Olive oil to taste
Appropriate amount of rock salt
Rosemary, to taste
Mix rice flour and psyllium well.
Add the yeast, sugar and salt to lukewarm water and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix the two above.
Fermentation takes place at about 40°C. For me it is about 30 minutes.
Bake at 150°C for 10 minutes, then at 200°C for 20 minutes. If they are not browned, increase the temperature and bake a little longer.
My oven is a little low on temperature, so I may have to adjust it a little.
