So, in strict speak, Mio, Okayu and Korone are generationless like Miko, Sora, Suisei, etc. But as part of differentiating and after gen 3 more cohesive on "gen identity" It Is easier for fans to Group them, thats why we have the "gen 0".

Not entirely correct. If I recall correctly from an old Okayu stream, he was recruited by Fubuki. Okayu was later on interviewed by Yagoo and that's when she suggested Korone. (So Okayu went into the audition/interview process while the Doog did not) Fubuki and Mio were irl friends and Mio was already about to debut in Hololive but she didn't have a group to belong to, so that's why they made Gamers.

Okayu's and Korone's debuts were only a week apart, on the 6th and 13th of April 2019, while Mio had been around since December 7th 2018. Fubuki had debuted June 1st that same year. They were grouped together as a generation, but excluding Fubuki who debuted with Gen 1, it still took four months for them to all debut.
