That last story is 100% true. That guy is doing life in prison for all the girls he killed (he'd pose as a photographer) and thankfully the woman he won the date with on the Dating Game changed her mind and refused to go on a date with him. She said she got a creepy feeling from him. Thank God for instinct!
Oh yes that creep.. its such a shame that the first girl he attacked badly but not manage to kill wasn’t able to come to the trial and say it was him, her parents said no, if she had they could have got him for attempted murder & he’d be behind bars for a long time, unfortunately due to her trauma they felt it not right for her to go & he got off with a few yrs then was out doing it again’ :(

There was a guy I talked to from Tinder or something, he was nice but then went out and got a face tattoo and at that point I was like yeah no. A few months later I was looking at the news and he was arrested because he chased someone down the street with a sword. Can't even make this stuff up.

I absolutely love these too and they're usually well written but I really don't get that "catfisher confession" tale. What an eye roller. The mark gave them $5,000 without them even asking for anything near that amount, then hacked their tech in a way that doing that exact thing definitely does not work like, and then lastly, made them give back the huge amount they'd gifted for no reason after giving the catfisher no time to spend any of it which meant that there were no high stakes/ no issues when it came to actually returning the amount. I like the energy behind it- fantasizing about a catfisher being out-catfished- but come on folks, put at least a tiny bit of effort into making your story make sense

On the last story about Rodney Alcala (pronounced All-call-ah)...a good lesson for people: he didn't stop strangling the poor story author because of any humanity (psychopaths do NOT feel true emotions...they do get enraged but rage is not an emotion at base. It's a deep dive into psychology to explain why, feel free to look it up). He actually stopped strangling her because he remembered her father had seen him, i.e., there were witnesses. This is why in dating you should always give info on your date to someone you trust, and if possible, introduce a family member or friend to your date. Be smart and safe my friends!

But, I can see where you might confuse the two...everyone does. But as a sociopath, I know the difference.
In other words, she's, extremely, lucky that her father was watching him through the window.
Bpd is NOT a sign of psychopathy! A psychopath is described as someone who has no remorse or empathy for any deeds they have done or crimes they have committed. People with bpd have emotions that they often have a hard time controlling and are extremely empathic and overly sensitive. I have bpd. I am NOT a psychopath nor a sociopath.

You don't have to be married to be happy when hearing these stories. Over 20 years ago, I decided to never date or try to meet anyone for romance. I have no interest in having a partner in any way. My last boyfriend was 20 years ago and was a wonderful human being, but I let him go because I realized I'm just not the "relationship" type of person after all. He moved on and found another woman that was more suited for him and they married. I was married once, and the entire time, I hated the whole marriage thing and swore I'd never marry again. Even though I did date for a while, I finally realized that most daters (except for these strange stories about people getting catfished) wanted to marry me, and I never wanted marriage or to live with another adult ever again. I'm happily single/divorced and have zero interest in being in any of these stories. They are, however, interesting to listen to every once in a while.

If anyone is curious about the story of Rodney the killer on the dating game. I’ve heard that after the girl chose him she ended up not meeting him after the show because she got bad vibes from him. I’m sure if your curious you could find more by searching....

He was a serial killer convicted of 8 murders but it’s suspected there’s way more. I can’t see him letting her go. He was messy and didn’t care. He only had 2 survivors but they were both brutally beaten, and the little girl was very near death when the cop found her. He’s a complete psychopath. If he was strangling her already he would’ve finished it. IMO. I’ve watched a few documentaries about him. She also used the EXACT same line he said to the woman on the dating game show lol it’s too coincidental for me.
I want Lets Read to sit uncomfortably close to me on my bed with his face next to mine whispering horror stories in my ear in complete darkness while Silence of the Lambs theme song plays in the background.

She would have gotten exposed right there in front of everybody in the restaurant. How are you going to get dressed in your best clothes, come out looking like a 10/10 bad bitch, and then smell like you've been dumpster diving in dpg turds and raw meat?

I feel like this has to be fake because I don't think any restaurant would serve meat raw - it's a health hazard and opening themselves up for lawsuit.

After all, meat is dead flesh, how did he expect it to smell or look- why does her charm depend on how cooked dead animal flesh is? It's weird and gross, period!
You're never gonna have that odor problem with a vegan, sweetheart ;) fruits and veggies smell good ALL the time, raw, OR cooked!
