No sympathy for the last story. Throwing a tantrum for not getting your pee pee touched, then beating up your ex's brother because she "doesn't want to hear what you have to say". That sounded like a lovely family too. I hope the brother heals well and the op seeks professional help to control his temper.
FOR REAL. I was looking for a comment talking about this! I don’t know how he can expect anyone to have sympathy for him when he was so clearly in the wrong. I hope the police find him so the brother and family can press charges.

These days it seems that it's controversial/anti-man to point out that sex is a far larger risk for women than men, namely due to the potential for pregnancy, which often puts the breaks on (or completely destroys) whatever a girl/woman's progress (never mind possible complications, possibly having to raise a child for at least 18 years alone [dude didn't even have a job], etc.).
This guy clearly had no faith but thought it wise to date in a faith-based family, tried to push the girl to forget her beliefs (which likely would have gotten her pregnant b/c he seems someone selfish enough to forego contraception), pushed himself on them when they told him to stay away, and then beat up her brother. SMH
He's a full-on narcissist, talking about HIS life being hell. "My life," "the media can tend to twist things," "I simply lost control of my temper," etc. Gross. He's talking about his side of the story? If his is this bad, I'd be eager to hear things from her perspective, because I strongly suspect he's leaving A LOT out!
The last story: the guy is a psycho. Like really? Flipping out THAT MUCH for what? A girl saying no too many times, then because she didn't want to talk to you after? Sounds like someone who has serious anger/possessiveness/boundry/masculinity issues. Angel dodged a SERIOUS bullet.
I mean how would you feel if you were in a relationship with someone who refused to commit?

If she didn't left him, he would have become more and more abusive, probably pressured her into sex (which is rape) and/or become physically abusive, since he's clearly a violent man. Her brother and parents were protecting her because he's clearly a psycho.
The guy in the last story was thinking with the wrong head. People like him that do that need to work on themselves because you can't force your partner to have intercourse. She was probably saving herself for marriage and he should've respected that but he didn't. He threw a tantrum and his only excuse was, "I just lost control ". Met several guys in my lifetime who wanted to "do it" and blamed the girl for getting upset when she refused, and especially if she said she was saving herself for marriage. Yeah that last op is a piece of work. People who think they're entitled to sex are absolute garbage.
If you were in a long term relationship or marriage wouldn't you expect sex as part of the package? (or expect the man to expect it if you are a woman?) I think if women withhold sex in a serious relationship or marriage they deserve to be chucked or divorced. I'm a girl and married and I believe my husband is entitled to sex. It's not really fair when women stop having regular sex as soon as they get married.. imo

You should be honest with your partner about what you want going into a relationship. Not everyone wants sex. Not everyone deserves sex. You can't go into a marriage thinking that your parents owes you. And you're husband isn't 'entitled' to your body. That's what's wrong with this world. People are so entitled. You should do things because you want to, not because you're required. If you do things out of love that's fine but rape is never okay. And divorcing your partner because they don't always put out is selfish. Communication is key in a relationship. And those issues should be discussed. You have a very toxic mindset and I hope you aren't being forced to do things you don't want because someone told you to. It's wrong. I worry for your well being.
@@JazzyBunny Don't worry,, he's not a rapist. You're right, that is never ok. Regular sex is important to him, and he provides everything thats important to me, so we compromise :) I look at it like this - he doesn't particularly enjoy giving me a foot massage but I love it if I've been wearing heels all day so he does it to make me happy. Similarly I have sex with him because I want to make him happy. He works so hard that I was able to quit my job when we married and have not had to work since. Withholding sex can be valid grounds for divorce in some situations.. I understand if the wife has just had a baby or on operation etc but sex is a part of marriage. A friend of ours has been "depressed" for a year and a half and that was her reason for not having sex! Her husband didn't cheat on her, but he has moved out and she's a mess now. You're right, communication is important, we talked about expectations while we were dating because he has a far higher sex drive than I do and enjoys certain sex acts I have no interest in, but I do them out of love, like you say, rather than lust. If we only had sex when I initiated it, it would probably be once every other month! 🤣🤣🤣

@@itsruckaswife7036 I am Non Binary. I don't identify with either gender, but I don't mind male pronouns if people get confused, people will either assume I am a woman or a man. So I wear a pin to help. And when people see the pin they usually avoid pronouns. I don't like female pronouns at all. Permanent as far as I'm concerned. I hate female pronouns and I don't mind male but I prefer just They/Them. Most people do not understand being non binary. Toxic dudes get huffy or they laugh or roll they're eyes, and others try to be respectful but not all really get what being Non Binary is. Woman are a lot more respectful. I don't know if guys tend to find me confusing or threatening. I had top surgery so very flat chest. I could have a child in theory, not sure if it will happen but it could. I would say I'm demisexual but I find both genders equally attractive. But might also say pansexual/romantic because I find certain traits attractive or certaind ascetics attractive. But I'm definitely on the asexual spectrum. I think people should respect that there are Non Binary people out there who just don't find comfort in gender. I was never comfortable in my body or with my assigned gender. A lot of things have happened in my life, but I feel so much happier this way. I can say I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I do have to correct people a lot but I'm okay with that. I'll fight for what I want always.

That story where the woman was being stalked by her ex and had stuff in her apartment moved around was absolutely terrifying. She was way too forgiving to her ex. What sane person puts an AirTag on their ex and follows them everywhere they go, on top of breaking into their house regularly and moving their stuff?! That’s way beyond loneliness. Her ex is unstable and she really should’ve reported that. She thinks he’s leaving him alone, but she may have just pushed him over the edge. Who knows what he’s capable of.
She really lost me at her saying he's "not a violent person." How TF does she know? She likely didn't even think he was capable of stalking either. He likely kept stalking, just low-key.

Though it may be difficult to understand, and without judgment as to whether her decision to not press charges was right or wrong, from a spiritual (not religious) place, she exercised compassion--not always an easy thing to do, but hopefully, after giving him the opportunity to cease and desist from his terrible behavior, he too, can move in & grow as a human, realizing that she granted him grace, rather than revenge.

@@kimmandley9356 yeah, if he didn’t do anything violent then left her alone after her warning then she showed grace and compassion. And for most grace goes further than ruthlessness and spite. You can turn a harmless person into a psycho by making them feel slighted.
I agree that in non violent cases grace should be exercised before other options. If that fails go full scorched earth
For the last story if he's hiding from the police that's honestly pretty suspicious. I feel like some crucial parts of the story might have been left out.

I always love the ex lovers and stalker stories, like the stuff that sinks into the depravity of some people. Like it's scary how the sense of entitlement in some people can turn them into monsters.
Maybe if I hadn't experienced it I'd love it too. But unfortunately I understand it all too well. I was in a very abusive relationship for half my life...trapped. Blessings from Canada

You could always consider talking to the professor about possibly using one of the stories to study or for a lesson plan perhaps.

Hello Let's Read. The second story is an experience that I had similar to this but no shooting or killing was involved. My ex husband was always jealous of my daughter. He was mad because I would pay more attention to our daughter then him. Or I would buy more baby food for her then food for ourselves which was not true. If I didn't agree with something, he would grab me by hair and drag me around like a rag doll. When we got divorced and it was visitation time, he would come to the door drunk which I refuse to let her go when he was in that state. He would get mad and call our daughter "that kid" like she was an object. In 2011 the whole family came to my door to let me know that he died. He fell off a 20ft bridge unto some railroad tracks which he had brain hemorrhage. My daughter had no feelings when she found out. The mother was mad at me like I've done pushed him off the bridge. My daughter is 25 now and going to college. Anyways sorry for the long story.

Your not even allowed to shoot someone if they are walking away from you in most instances, that will get you a murder charge. She only got manslaughter because he previously tried to kidnap her and made threats, if it wasn't for that, she would have gotten murder 100%. The fact that she was charged at all proves the judge and jury didn't see it as self defense at all. People need to stop thinking self defense is super broad, it's not. Many people thought they were killing in self defense only to end up in prison on a murder charge. Self defense isn't as Grey as you think it is.
7 years isn't a bad trade off for knowing your loved ones are safe. police can't usually do anything until it's too late anyway, if they even try to help in the first place. still awful that she resorted to murder but i honestly don't blame her and she seems accepting of her punishment.

That last story. Human if you read these comments you should definitely talk to someone because you obviously don't have yourself under control. I don't think you're a bad person or anything, we all make mistakes, some worse than others, but I think maybe talking to someone professional could help you regulate your anger and respond in a more productive way.

I was emotional about the story of the guy who's ex left him a note and came back pretending it's his baby and the last story had me cracking up haha but I wish that guy the best and strongs for what comes after. Love your stories, but this was really close to home..My first relationship was highly abusive..if I tried to leave I was always told with a razor blade in his hand that someone was going to die. I was strangled and when I left he'd cut his wrists.. I wasn't perfect either during this time, but wanted stability...he lived through it all, as did I and eventually he seemed to have gotten it together for years. We had2 beautiful girls and eventually he began using drugs. To his credit his childhood was wrought with immense abuse and pain. As was mine...somehow even through everything I haven't found anyone who understands me as he did, and I him. Now he's passed on and my girls are growing up without a father which is very painful for them and me as well. I wish I could change all of it, but life's life. Thanks again for another great video. The last part of story 3 hit hard, my parents used me and my other two siblings as bait/leverage/ammo whenever they were near each other during their divorce period. It was really hard watching them scream and overall just act horrible towards one another. I agree that children should most definitely be the priority in these situations. My perception of marriage and love has been heavily messed with but I’m committed to changing that, period

I feel a lack of sympathy for the guy in the last story. He seems a bit selfish.
A bit? The jackass went full incel and exploded at a woman who wasn't down for being intimate (instead of, you know, sitting down with her and having a nonjudgmental discussion on her reasoning - maybe she wants to wait until marriage, maybe she's ace + sex repulsed, maybe she's been through some trauma, or maybe she was just not ready, who can say), and then violently assaulted her brother when he refused to let the creep see her. Angel ultimately dodged a bullet, and this fool squandered the opportunity for a potentially loving relationship with her (+ with her family, who seemed nice), and will possibly now have a record for assault, all because he decided to throw a tantrum over not getting his dick wet. No matter what happens after he turns himself in, he needs to seek therapy ASAP.

Erin is a true sociopath (a narcissist who seeks out empaths to eat), there isn't a chance she won't scar those she is near. Keep praying for that daughter, especially that she doesn't turn out just like her mother.
Connie reminds me of a close call in my life, never got THAT bad, but a raging personality disorder like that (usually a type of BPD) can make it "easier" to fake ur own death than anything else in order to gain back peace in your life. When he said it stopped, I knew, she had a new victim.

I was married only once, from 1984 to 1988. We fought a lot, mainly about our lack of money. Her parents were well off city dwellers and my farm parents had struggled for a long time but by the time my Irish immigrant dad passed in '89 were quite well off. My wife was used to getting whatever she wanted, spoiled might be a good word. I was raised to fix broken equipment to make it last until it became useless scrap metal. Raised to be frugal. On the rare occasion we needed to borrow a neighbor's piece of equipment, we always brought it back in better condition than it was when borrowed. You mustn't bite the hand that feeds you. Our divorce was amicable with the only thing I had to pay for was $150 for her to regain her maiden name. Oh, and I was awarded her credit card bill to the tune of $4000 as well as the house mortgage. The VA forgave their share of our loan and thankfully I sold the property for break even. We got along worlds better afterwards, became good friends. I haven't seen her now for at least 28 years. I occasionally think about her and hope she's happy and healthy wherever she is.
