Off-duty police officer accused of urinating on woman at Kenny Chesney concert

Foxborough police said they arrested man accused of urinating on a woman’s leg at the Kenny Chesney concert at Gillette Stadium on Saturday.
Police said they responded to the concert sandpit at about 9:15 p.m. after a report of a man that urinated on a woman’s shoes.
Shane Lynch, the man accused of the act, is a Cranston police officer and was off duty at the time of the incident, police said.
According to officials, the woman had felt a warm liquid hitting her leg. When she turned around, she told police that she saw a Lynch standing behind her.
