I have problem with S22 that once you step on it powers down. I heard there's a reset switch for main power inside the board.Maybe it's due to "safety overload mode"?
You might have a bad battery. You could email them and see if they’ll send you a new battery to replace(I had to do this cuz my battery was faulty after a week but now the board works great), otherwise I’m not sure what could cause this
I have a high boy electric skateboard somebody gave it to me but I've been trying to get a battery and remote control to it they gave me the boards but they lost the remote control, I have to order another battery to , I just want to know how much is it and where do I go to obtain these accessories could you please let me know I really appreciate it.I want to know how I can order it off the website that is my question for today I really love the videos that you do please keep sending me more God bless you and keep winning people like me love what you do you are encouragement to us thank you for being you on your channel if you can send me that information I would appreciate that cuz I have a board with no more control and I know I must buy another battery how in the world do I do this?
I had the same exact problem with the battery, I contacted hiboy, they sent me a brand new board for free, but the second board had the same exact problem, I wasn’t able to get a battery from them after this, so at the moment both board are not working and there’s nothing I can do without dropping about $100 on a new battery.

Yeah that happened to me…the board would work if I wasn’t on it but when I stepped on it shut off in like ten seconds…it’s likely the battery :(

If anyone wants a 350-400 dollar board get the backfire g2 black or meepo v3. They’re much much higher quality.
I don’t know much about the backfire, but I do know the meepo is very popular. The only problem is that the shipping takes a really long time
