She was kind of thoughtless though...if her son was the Savior, wouldn't he need to grow up to face his destiny? And if his destined foe was also just born - they would also need to grow up. Hence, no immediate danger to her son.
@@Gerilyn2003 that’s true but she was living so far into the future that she was blind to that fact. All she saw was her son’s possibly impending doom and she couldn’t think about anything else. I’m not saying that gives her license to do what she did but I think that’s why she did what she did
in my opinion Fiona was suffering from Postpartum psychosis! it's rare but it happens to some women, cause her reactions towards everyone, especially Rumple wasn't normal at all. and I like to call it tragic I mean, she starts everything just to protect her son and is doing anything but thinking clearly and wisely and causes a lot of damage, without knowing that her ultimate damage is her son, literally starting everything with trying to protect the him but turned into the reason for his misery, so tragic.
So...did any1 ever tell her that her husband abandoned their kid & turned himself into psychopathic teenage boy that tried to kill their great grandson?
It was stupid to tell a mother, who had just given birth to her child, the child's fate. Like, really? They technically created the great evil themselves.
@@AE_Sunset-Nutrix_AE there is none, for anyone who sees themselves as loving parents. But it's definitely not right after birth or the day after. There is really no point in telling these prophecies.
I know!! When Rumple lost Bae he challenged Blue as to how he could get to the land without magic. She wouldn't tell him but when he sensed the only way was through a curse, that's when Blue got all self-righteous!! SHE created the path on which Rumple would follow as she cursed his own mother!
I wonder if Fiona actually had magic in her blood long before the Blue Fairy and Tiger Lily came into her and her son’s lives. I mean, Tiger Lily seemed so shocked by her successful transformation from human woman to a Yellow Fairy (?), even remarking that it was supposed to be impossible, and so I wonder if there was already magic in her blood - innate magic that was fully awakened by the combination of her spell and Tiger Lily’s wand, thereby enabling her to become the Yellow Fairy.
She had the magic before i think.... maybe Fiona didnt need the Wand and the Spell and it could have happened any other way too.. I mean she became the black fairy next and i mean that was the prophecy for her and her son. This or another way she would have become the black fairy or even worse... The Black Fairy was so annoying because she wanted to protect Rumple i understand that but she didn't know if the prophecy would come true. Emma survived too and it was her prophecy too.
I like to because that Fiona is a half fairy maybe her mother was a fairy or grandmother was one or at least she has a far off ancensor that was a fairy
The question I have is this: is the prophecy for Rumple was that he was a saviour that would destroy a darkness with the sign of the moon (or some other wording of the phrase) doesn't that mean that if Fiona hadn't tried to change his fate that someone else would be the great danger that Rumple would have to destroy? It feels too much like a self fulfilling prophecy. In which case, the scissors to cut his fate didn't work, because he did exactly what the prophecy foretold: he destroyed the great evil and he became a saviour. If the scissors worked, then Rumple would've lost. (Though it tickles my fancy a bit with Belle always seeing another part of Rumple, like she sensed his greatness even when his fate was supposedly cut.) The writers of the story veered too much after S3 into the whole "hero/villian, predetermined destiny"-thing while everything pre S3 was more actions and consequences.
Imagine if Emma had been destined to be the great evil, but then Fiona intervened. Would've been an interesting twist. Emma was initially going to be born with a 'great darkness' in her too.If they hadn't been so far apart generation wise, would've been a more interesting story.
@uNosoratori2 Just to say, before his birth, snow and charming have discovered that Emma was going to become a demonic And they have decided to transfer his darkness to the child of maleficent.
Tiger Lily was surprised as Fiona invented the spell that made her a fairy. She said that Fiona has read most fairy lore then most fairies. All she needed was a wand to make it work.
Tiger Lily effed up too. She’s not as bad as shady blue but did they really have to tell Fiona about the savior? I hate these fairies, always instigating shit and pretending they have the moral high ground
To be fair Tiger Lily was simply following Reul Ghorm's orders. After that she just tried to be kind to a worried mother. Honestly I only blame Reul Ghorm and Fiona. And later on Malcolm, because he chose to be a crappy father.
It’s crazy how in the beginning Fiona was selfless. She had obsessive tendencies but her heart was in the right place
exactly, she was a nice mother who wanted to protect her baby
but her obsession was to protect her child from a serious threat
and unfortunately, she has discovered that this threat was herself

The prophecy was meant only for Rumple.

The spell that she casts is gaelic scottish: "Le sgiathan cumhachd draoidheil"
I don't know what it means
It translates to with wings magic power or magic power with wings.

"Le sgiathan cumhachd draoidheil"
This is Scottish Gaelic for
"Magic Power with Wings"
So Rumple is the original Savior okay that is crazy
What is the name of the song that Fiona sings for rumples?
That's "Fiona's lullaby" and it's longer than it seems but there's no lyrics in the internet😭😭😭
So sad considering her intentions.
😭😭😭

So everything was Tiger Lily's fault 😂
And Blue.. don't forget Blue's hand in all of this too. She practically pushed Rumple to search/develop the Dark Curse.
@@creativewriter3887 Blue is the leader so it was probably her who requested Tiger Lily.
I'm confused. Was Fiona always a fairy or did the spell turn her into one?
I believe it turned her into one. Tiger Lily said that Fiona was merely a human, that she couldn’t do a Fairy’s job. So Fiona turned herself into one
Tiger Lily was surprised as Fiona invented the spell that made her a fairy. She said that Fiona has read most fairy lore then most fairies. All she needed was a wand to make it work.
The spell did it
Interestingly, the great evil turned out to be Rumple himself … or the wish realm version of Rumple anyway
for me rumple is the the biggest villain of the series
Fiona "so no mother will ever be ripped from her child"
Her curse to to rip every child born this winter from their mothers 😂
What is the song she sings in the beginning x
Asta from Resident Alien!!!
How.can hear the lullaby complete?
its called "Fionas lullaby"
oh she found 2 ancient spell, groundbreaking... xd

And blue I really didn’t like blue she was so cocky tbh
Tiger Lily was pretty stupid to keep helping this crazed mother.
That's self full filling prophecy. What's wrong with this so called fairy godmother? She is the main reason for this tragedy.
