Loved the reference to the silent asylum patient always mopping. Reminded me of the time Jefferson went to rescue Belle in Season 1 and he told him to stay quiet. Wonderful little touch. And the dialogue in this scene is some of the best Zelena exchanges so far! She's crazy, yes, but I think she's the only one who can dish it out to Emma and take it to! I love how everyone reacts and interacts with Dark Emma. You get to see the formerly unseen sides of their characters and I like that.
Saira Ramjit Regina, Rumple and I assume a few others (can't recall though) have ALL stated "Evil isn't born, it's made", Rumple commited acts of evil because of his Son/Cowardice (combination of both) but he did have good intentions towards the people he loved. Regina became evil because of what she was made to believe the world was like, cruel and cold because, not only did she lose Daniel (her first True Love) but she lost him to someone who she loved and Rumple's main motivation was to stop this from ever happening again and push her down the dark path.
Andrew Blake Evil is born. They are all villains who wanted a second chance after they committed acts of evil the first time after losing what mattered to them.

I think after she touched the storybook and realised Henry was telling the truth, she would’ve figured out that Graham didn’t just have a heart attack, it’s a shame that we never got a scene of Emma confronting her about it, or Regina apologising for it.

This season should have been an in-depth character study of Emma, what dark magic really is and the toll it takes one someone who can do something they believe needs doing even when they know they shouldn’t. The idea at the end of the season that she embraced the Dark One mantle to save Hook was a good one. All the Dark Ones we see take the power for a good reason and become consumed with it as the power becomes more important to them than whatever it was they were trying to save. This entire arc was essentially good ideas that entirely failed to be established as a cohesive whole. I mean the idea that the Dark One dagger is the tip of Excalibur was brilliant but they did basically nothing with that revelation.

You know that thing TV shows do when they mention people in the dialogue frequently?? And then that person somehow reappears?? Well, they've been doing that a lot recently with Neal... I know "Once" is apparently going to the Underworld next season, and the 100th episode (spring premiere) is entitled "Souls of the Departed." Don't get me wrong: I liked Neal as a character, but I would be kind of upset if they brought him back. This is only because I liked the way he went. To me, a large part of his story was obviously about Emma and Henry, but I think his big arc on the show was his path to forgiveness for Rumpelstiltskin. I think it should stay that way, considering the fact that literally his last act before he died was forgiving his father, completing his arc. I don't know, I just don't really want them to ruin that for him. Besides, I think the whole point of the Charmings naming their baby "Neal" was symbolic of the baby being Neal's legacy. I don't even know if him coming back is a thing lol, just a thought. I hope not.

Although I am glad that they did touch on him some in Souls of the Departed, I like how they handled both Emma and Hook's first loves (although Milah didn't deserve what happened to her) it shut the door on the possibility of either coming back to their lives, which I think is for the good

Although I am glad that they did touch on him some in Souls of the Departed, I like how they handled both Emma and Hook's first loves (although Milah didn't deserve what happened to her) it shut the door on the possibility of either coming back to their lives, which I think is for the good
I know a lot of people say zelena killed Neal because she didn't tell him the price, but I feel like if Neal knew he would have to trade his life for his fathers I think he would have still done it
