I absolutely can't wait until I can get my hands on one of the new battery powered IK hand held sprayers! We've been waiting for this for a while now! Thank you IK for bringing one of these to market. There are so many junky battery powered ones on Amazon that break after two uses! This is an incredible introduction for this year. I love SEMA week. The companies introduce so many new detailing products that make our life easier out here. Thank you for posting. I'm excited to get one of these when they are offered for sale. I won't mind spending the extra money for an IK battery hand held foamer/sprayer over a no name brand one. IK is costly compared to other sprayers/foamers, but they are great sprayers. I used to have a bunch of KWAZAR sprayers of all types and sizes but switched to IK and I love my IK bottles and sprayers. They are all top notch and provide years of service, especially if you keep the triggers and inner components cleaned out after use.

Did you happen to ask if the sprayer head chamber is compatible with the older models? Say if I wanted to use the head off my ik multi pro 2 will it work with the bottle? That would be nice if it did so you can swap from foam to sprayer without disassembly.
No sure at this point as the units were prototypes but from what I saw and feel I believe that will be possible. We have to wait and see when the production version is available and what options/changes can be made. The ETA is first quarter of 2025 for release.
So its just another foam sprayer witha battery , im good with the q2 pro i have , i carry a air compressor in my van so i dont need the battery. I dont see anything that game changing slapping a battery on a sprayer thats been done for a long while now 😂
It is much more convenient that carrying two units around(sprayer & compressor), it is balanced very nicely and will have continuous spraying until the battery runs out. If what you have works then great, if you are looking for a second then this might be a the next option for you.

Yes, the pre-production units are looking top notch, great foam, great spray and very good runtimes.

Which tip is for the foamer?
The unit is a foaming unit so it has the foaming tip and parts needed already.
