Regardless of who is in power, the President must appoint a new justice that is the law, so the Supreme Court is not compromised by having only eight members. Eight members can mean a hung vote, having a ninth member is there to decide the issue. FYI I don't give a shit about Ruth Bader Ginsburg dying wish she does not own the Supreme Court, the American people do and the court needs nine members to function properly.

What no one realizes or is even considering is that Justice Ginsburg was a Freedom Loving American and she did not want marxists taking over the country. She decided in the end it was time to be a real American Hero and Patriot. She chose to leave this world when she did because she knew Donald Trump would appoint a Justice that would uphold the Constitution . @@Tom-vx7xm There was no "dying wish" in 2016. Also the constitution was followed the president nominated a candidate and the Senate didn't confirm them. That's how it works. It almost always is confirmed by a senate of the same party and almost never confirmed on the inverse.
