I PASSED MY SENIOR FREESKATE ⭐️⛸️ | a week of figure skating, what i did differently for success

i am finally a double gold medalist!!! it's been a long and rough journey to get here but through it i'm so thankful that i get to show you that you can also recover from failures and rejections :) for the past month this has been my routine every week for success! i hope any of the things i do in today's video can help you with your upcoming test as well, you got this!!!

CONGRATS I have had a hard 2 days with my jumps Axel 2Salchow 2Toeloop & 2 Loop I keep poping them and not jumping after they were perfect the weeks before and I have a comp in 2 weeks and there's a lot of pressure and you are such a inspiration to me you are helping my bad attitude get better :))

A tip for the double axel, you should try land in a back spin so that you can kinda get the feeling and once you have got that consistent then the 2A should be easier. Another tip, you probably get enough height but if you don’t, do single axels with your hands holding your elbows and this helps your legs to work because usually the skaters use their arms for momentum and they barely get off the ice when they jump.
