Only thing I disagree with is the casual Eats lol I thought the windjammer for a buffet was very good. Sorentos was good but if you go into it expecting the best pizza of your life then you’ll be disappointed.
Oh my gosh I'm pretty sure I recognize you from our cruise on harmony of the seas! September 8th through the 14th 2024. We cruised to Mexico then Honduras and back to galviston Texas. We just about ended up in hurricane Helene but we made it home to Port few days before it hit! I loved watching you perform had a absolute ton of soul especially in your vocals! Keep at man!!!
My very first cruise was this past January on Harmony and I absolutely loved it. I didn’t expect much so I got more than I bargained for. I am a people person so getting to know the staff was my Favorite part
Great review - I love the honesty of all of your cruise ship videos. It's refreshing when it's not sugar coated. I'm taking a Transatlantic on Oasis of the Seas. Having never been on an Oasis class ship, reviews like this are a nice teaser to actually getting onboard one. Thanks again and keep up the great work. 👍
The only cruise I've ever done is Disney about 18 months ago. Going on Harmony here in a few weeks. I'm concerned with all the changes post pandemic with things seeming so much cheaper, except for the ticket prices. Nonetheless I'm hoping for a good experience because I would like to make cruising a part of my regular vacation time with family. Thanks for this review. Well done.
Thanks for the review. My biggest concern about the ship is lack of storage in the cabins. There is barely enough space for 2 people. The bedside tables are a huge fail as well. I’ve seen window sills with more storage. Clearly the storage in the cabins was designed by a single person who dresses minimally and has no children. I am also a fan of closed storage as it keeps the cabin tidy. The colors in the cabin are nice but don’t make up for small amount of storage. I prefer the cabins on the Freedom, Voyager and Radiance class ships.
If you see Agus in the bar, tip him well. He's my cousin-in-law from Bali. Do you know their pay is based on their country? ... they don't all make the same wage.
Now that we’ve sailed Disney, there’s no comparing entertainment, activities, etc. However, we don’t compare them, because it’s not apples to apples. Considering the alternatives that exist, this looks like a very enjoyable ship with tons of included amenities and activities. I honestly think, we some exceptions, my family would enjoy most any trip we put effort into researching and planning prior to going. Thanks for the info! We were about to do the NCL Prima due to its newness, but the grass isn’t always greener- this one has WAY more for our kids and family. We’ll have to do an NCL with more for the kids on our next one.
The food on Carnival is better than Disney's by far! The kids club is also not as fun. The only thing Disney does better is clean! It is cleaner and better maintained than Royal or Carnival.
We have been assigned to deck three main dining. I know all three decks have the same menu. Do you know if one deck may be a better experience then the others? Thank you.
RCL pretty much acknowledged this was a huge mistake when they put the pool back in the Solarium on Symphony of the Seas (and later, Wonder of the Seas). Harmony is a beautiful ship but Symphony IMO is just a hair better, the pool in the Solarium being one of a few reasons why.
@@mostHumblePersonAliveit was ok. I was never a cruise person but I went with my family, I'm more of an exploring person . I enjoy their tacos alot, much better than the ones in Mexico in the tourist areas. I was there for 7/8 day cruise, The food choices at the free restaurants/buffets starts to get boring halfway through/near the end. The main restaurant food wasn't that good imo, just average. I really enjoy the desserts, ice cream and fries! I really enjoyed their musicals though. Definitely do the watersurfing and water slides at least once. Best parts for me was getting off the ship for the excursions, cococay, and the beaches! For the room, I was near the front of the ship by the gym, at night time u will definitely feel the ship moving.

I've been on the Harmony of the Sea's four times...however, I needed to watch this video to prepare for our upcoming cruise in a few weeks. haha
Have a great cruise!
That will be my home in june- Sep I'll be the pub guitarist. Currently on the Oasis of the Seas
We will look out for you! My college kid is hoping to perform on cruise ships one day as a singer/dancer in the musicals. Cool gig!

Can you tell me how to become a performer on one of the Cruise ships preferably Royal Caribbean

Welcome Aboard. When is your next cruise?😜 They are addictive!
@@Eatsleepcruise1 I keep asking people to go. So far, no takers

I enjoyed Oasis of the Seas. Cruised on it this past summer 23
Fantastic information! A very thorough review. Thank you for all the detailed insight.

Glad you found the review helpful. Let us know what you think of Harmony when you return. Happy cruising.
I love this channel so much! Keep up with the great work! ❤😊

Why can’t a find a video of the room I’m scheduled to go on anywhere ??!!

@@pinkorganichorse🤦🏼♂️ uh, no.
the new food with the changes makes me never wan to go on this one for sure thanks good to know.
New food wasn’t that bad. We have a review coming out next week about it.
Yeah, I think a lot of the food looked gross

Can’t wait to go on this ship summer ‘25
Have a great cruise.
I'd say the complete opposite with dining. Casual dining was great while MDR was chaotic and long with paper thin steaks and OK lasagna.
Is it true that the Solarium doesn't have a pool??? Does it just have hot tubs?
Great video! Thank you!
Yes on the harmony that is true

Going on it this weekend and will report back if better food than carnival panorama and dream
I'll be on there in June!
Was this cabin next to the elevator? And if so was it noisy?
Thank you for the review.
How do you know which restaurants are included, and which you have to pay?
Most of named sit down restaurants are an up charge, like Chops Grille. When are you sailing?
Rotana, Costa Maya, cozumel...
I meant Roatan
First time cruise family with kids, this or carnival celebration?
I enjoyed your review but the solarium which is 21 and older is anything but.
lol. Thanks for watching and yes, the cruise lines don’t always enforce the age restrictions. Are you sailing on Harmony soon?
Where is the Wonder of the seas video?
It same as wonder begins to lack wow
im going on this ship soon, looks like i may regret going on a cruise
How was it?

We loved this ship!!!
The casual dining is definitely a turn off
That is one area the ship could certainly improve. Have you sailed with Royal before?
Not yet
So Harmony doesn’t have a Solarium Bistro?
I see it on the cruise deck plans. We liked that for breakfast on the Allure. Deck 15 forward
@@caddothegreat I just came off the Harmony… I ate at the Solarium Bistro twice.
Going on my very first cruise in june of next year will this ship be a good ship to take for a first cruise
I would say no. Try a Freedom or Voyager class ship. You will enjoy it much more.
Diabloooooo❤
Is there not a casino on Harmony of the seas ?
