This video is a Walkthrough in how to build the Solar Boat model of King Khufu. I did my best to explain some the issues I ran into and things to improve on from the Japanese Instruction manual.

Unrelated to your build here, I don't know why but the Khufu boat always gave me the creeps! There's something deeply creepy about that thing! ...it's probably haunted or something. 👻

I think lower oars position is more natural. In museum, they just have no room for those.
I think yours could be raised and dropped, depending on their needs
