Thank you Josh, for Producing such a Lovely Channel. I really do Enjoy you doing Excellent Restoration on your Projects. It will be Super to see this Ford Sierra running and being driven on the road again. Somebody, will be very Lucky Winning this rare and Gorgeous vehicle, that we do not see on our roads anymore. Good Engine, Good Gear Box. Updating of the Brake System. A set of new Tyres on her. A General clean and a Detail of her Body. She will be ready for her new owner. I Wish them the Best of Luck. What a Prize to actually Win.😃😃😃😃🤓🤓🤓💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Driving that down a motorway will draw as much attention as a McClaren P1, because as a co called bland car back in the day 😜 you just don't see them. Well done. 🏴
Almost wasted a good tenner on that haircut when the carb had a hickup 😂😂 the way you handle your cars keeps amazing me! Lets see where the sierra goes because someone will have a good car after you’re done with it! 💪🏻🤙🏻
I've found a great hack when your doing the brakes is to get a breaker bar pushed down onto the brake pedal with the seat pulled up to hold it their and then it stops the brake fluid from dripping out when you cut the brake hose or if your replacing a brake hose and want to retain the brake fluid
Loving watching this. No point me buying a ticket Australia is a bit to far to come and collect it. Thanks for your efforts. Give away is a cool idea. Marc
Just a little tip for ya josh when doing brakes to stop the brake fluid pissing out the flexes for hours put a prybar on the brake pedal push it down and hold it down with a seat and no brake fluid will come out when you undo a break pipe 👍🏻😎
Just come across your channel and im loving the projects you have man, that sierra is incredibly clean for being sat for years, can wait to see the next part with more new parts going on. id love another ford. i used to have a old 1993 ford fiesta 1.3LX was my 1st car back when i was 17, it had 24k original miles. keep the content coming buddy! wish u all the best!! :D
Recently found your channel and im loving the fact that the everyday bloke can relate to the things you do, ie its not all supercars and things that the everyday bloke will never have, looking forward to the new carb install im thinking of getting a weber 32/36 to go on a old 8v vitara so looking forward to see how you get on with it 👍
Used to have one (my father considered a good mechanic learners car, so he give it to me), when living in my hometown Caracas, Venezuela! i' would love to win it, but the logistics to bring it to Spain are a pain in the ass... To give you an historic variation of this car, for the south american market, Ford had an arrangement with the Venezuelan Motors Association in order to push local production, they fitted these cars with a V6... without changing anything else to the car in order to make it capable of holding the new heavier & powerful engine. This translated into a lot of bending of the front wheels towards the engine, the hood & fenders also bent towards the engine, no brakes with enough strength to stop the car and a lot of reliability issues... a real nigthmare. Lot of Sierras used to have an reinforcement bar between both fender suspension mounts to avoid bending. Anyway, great work and eagle eye to find such a gem!
Sounds great and quite .. unbelievable underneath as car of it's age is cool progress ...looking forward to next time and with new Weber should fly too ...👍
You can see why ford one the heart of the Uk and the go fast custom boys pushed them to there limits very easy to work on that’s why jemery clarksons favorite car for the non rich was a ford escort costworth.
if its an 83 car as well in the uk tax and mot exempt aswell would be good to see the results when finished subscribed because i like old british iconic cars
Waxoyl underseal is brillant, protects against corrosion,it stays supple and doesn't flake or allow water in.repeat once every couple of years and its fine.must be clean and dry before you apply it tho.
@ivanfernyhough3851 After rust treatment, it would be a good shout. It's just if someone were to do some welding to sills in the near future . Could be a bit hairy .....FIRE !!!!!!
Bought a few tickets when you launched the competition... Would love to win despite being disabled and only being able to drive an automatic with hand controls 😂 ...how easy is it to auto-Swap a Sierra? I'm trying to get someone to do it on my 205 atm so I don't have to sell it like I did my other manual cars :/
Unfortunately my roller shutter door is incredibly loud this time of year, windy and cold is less than ideal, in the summer i can have it open but it’s way too cold right now 😂

The excitement when it ran for the first time was great! Even on 3 cylinders.. Nice work!!
Dammm this is so clean underneath considering it’s been sat for so long! Awesome video as always!
Yes! Thank you!
I'm impressed you got the sway bar bolts out without breaking the captured nuts.
Fantastic video Josh , had this car “ poverty spec “ in blue as a kid , just purchased a ticket , here’s hoping for a drive down memory lane 😎

My barber going out of business soon 😭
Such a survivor. Been off the road since 93. Someone is going to be very happy
For sure!

Yeah i did actually want it to drain! fresh fluid in
Loving watching this. No point me buying a ticket Australia is a bit to far to come and collect it. Thanks for your efforts. Give away is a cool idea. Marc
Haha glad you’re enjoying it! Shame it’s not logistically liable!
Buy a ticket Marc. Worry about shipping when you win. Probably cheaper than you think.

Yeah i did think about it, but naturally gets to drain the old fluid out and replace for new stuff! which is what will be happening!

@@Joshwaa___ just re-watched you getting a face full of flames for the 3rd time 😂😂😂
It’s ALIVE!
I could feel the heat of that flame from my house 😮

Relatable content for all! I’m the same i don’t enjoy others youtube videos when they do crazy stuff all the time!
Glad to see she's going back together josh..

Should have put a YB Engine in it and left it looking standard, would’ve made a nice sleeper 👍🏻
Next time! when i get an estate!
I’ll get a ticket for sure

What a cracking car, its so clean especially for the amount of time it spent in that damp garage. Will look nice alongside my MK1 Fiesta 😉

he got a free fringe trim that's all
Cheers, great video.
Whooop! Its alive! 👌
Please don't underseal Sierra. It locks in rust. Cheap method , leave it, medium wd 40 it, or Lanagaurd it . Good luck with givaway 👍

Good luck! i’d imagine it would be okay! not terrible to do as long as you had all the parts!
What is causing all that noise in the background? Love the vids nonetheless❤
