nah it really isnt green day basslines are not that complicated. just start very slow like it feels way to slow and just build up speed overtime. it also helps to just cut it into pieces and do lik 4 bars at a time (a lot of it is just repetition so if you know 4 bars you almost know the entire song)

When I was starting out it wae hell, but just simplify it and slowly pick up speed, this video and been slowed down I think aswell
