Im not into red velvet (yet 👀) because I just didn't check them out yet but OH MY- THOSE ALBUMS ARE STUNNING! I'm so in love with everything, all the concepts, all the pictures, all the photocards.. the girls are AMAZING!! especially Joy caught my attention a lot here! I'll definitely check them out 😍 So unfortunate that you pulled some duplicates but I'm sure you will find the missing ones! I'm going to check for a seulgi template now, I'm curious to see the crazy photocard hehe 😍✨ Edit: oh my gosh!! I think I know which one you mean! The poster midnight sun version seulgi!!! I'm so glad you've asked about favorite song on the album (I say knowing you ask this at the end of every video :P). Sunflower. Sunflower all the way. I am so deeply obsessed with this song, I will just loop it for an hour periodically because I feel like it. I genuinely adore this entire album, every track is amazing and I feel strongly about that. Top three is probably Sunflower, Cosmic, and Love Arcade? I really enjoy love arcade but the majority of the time I listen to music while I am driving so that song does pose some problems. XD I went through a roller coaster of emotions with the Seulgi cards, because I saw someone post Seulgi in the flower crown and I was excited that it was an album card because there was a chance it was achievable (I only collect her solo stuff right now, but I do need that card I thinkXD), then I saw your POB (GORGEOUS btw, congrats on good pulls!) and was disappointed it was a pob, then you pulled the flower crown card in the album and all was right again. What a trip. Glad you mostly got a good variety of pulls! Also, as much as Seulgi is my bias, Joy in the Midnight Sun concept? STOLE THE SHOW! The way my jaw was literally hanging open whenever you flipped to on of her pages. XD Phenomenal 12/10. Thank you for the video, excited for your next gidle unboxing!! :)
Yeah I remember during the countdown live, RV said sunflower was almost the title track for this release. Great song and of course great album overall! And there's actually another flower crown Seulgi card for the poster version that I didn't pull, so that one could be achievable too! Thank you for your nice comment! I agree with you that this album was sooo well done and certainly feels like quintessential Red Velvet. Listening to the songs like Last Drop take me back to the classic RV RnB infused sounds on the Ice Cream Cake album and I couldn’t be happier with the musical quality. It’s a shame SM sucks so bad at promoting Red Velvet, when I see all of the amazing work that (rightfully so) went into creating the hype for Armageddon I can’t help but feel a little bemused that SM can competently promote an album but that they obviously just can’t be arsed to do that for every project lol. As for the AI I think a good example of it is this random person they have in the shots such as at 17:24, I have no clue why they’ve decided to include this background AI lady but you can tell that she’s not real because at 14:58 she’s wearing a different outfit and I highly doubt they paid for a real extra to come in and stand in the background and also have outfit changes lmao. Just kinda weird and unnecessary tbh, I hope now that they’ve had their taster of the AI in their work they’ll listen to the fan’s criticism and phase it out as quickly as it was introduced, but with greedy corporations, being greedy corporations, probably not so likely 🤷♀️
Yeah AI is everywhere these days. Not just in kpop, but in like every corner of life 😆. Every major company is experimenting and implementing it in some way. I too hope it's just a phase because it kinda concerns me lol. Happy you liked the album though! RV never disappoint 💫
