  • Introducing our Master esthetician Jessica. She is an expert on facial massage technique and does this routine every morning on herself! It's a great way to increase circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and release any built up tension that many of us carry in the face. (tension leads to stress, which leads to aging - yikes!)

    You are brilliant and would like to say. Since I’ve been having this done my skin is tightened and I feel so much better. Firmness stimulates the skin and it really soothing.

    Thank you for this wonderful information! I like to do at home "spa facials" on my husband and I and this will kick up the experience! I was doing mimicking your instructions as you were demonstrating and it felt amazing! New Subbie! XO

    ive always wondered, but does this speed up wrinkling? since people say not to pull at your skin and all since it will cause faster wrinkling. would you know? great video by the way, love it.

      When is done properly will give positive effect relax and feeling plump, cause in the face there is muscle called facialis, that always active for expression and chewing, and stress center on the mid forhead, without we realize it.

    I have a master certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Whose technique are you using? Because The lymphatic system is superficial. The manual lymphatic drainage massage is light!

  • @MollyLyonNotes

    Could you do this again with the person doing it on themselves? It’s much easier to translate when it isn’t being done as part of someone’s treatment.
    Also, please specify what is being done for lymphatic drainage because some of this seems to be just facial massage

    The lymph has a superficial and a deeper level so yes you can do medium pressure its just as effective and safe

    • @wellnessfromwithin3333
      @wellnessfromwithin3333 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Because Lymph Capillaries are located just underneath skin. Remember- if you push too hard you collapse the initial lymphatic.

      Bob Sykes the lymphatic system uses lymphatic capillaries of which are superficially under the skin. There is no need for medium to deep touch. The recommended touch is light!

    i think the massage would be many times more efficient if the order was reversed. I think it makes no real sense to start at the forehead, if you want to address the lymph at all ..... ??!

    Hi, first of all it seems you are performing your massage on dry skin, is it true? It is a must that you clean the face and apply an oil so that you dont damage the skin with the movements, Secondly, you are applying too much pressure on the skin, for a lymhatic massage. Lymph is between the skin and the muscles so only LIGHT pressure on the skin is required. Please dont post videos on TH-cam if you are not educated properly on the techiques..Or else, please rename the video to face massage and not lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage is not the last 2 movements you are showing, it is on the whole face

    A " Master esthetician" who says she's doing a lymphatic drainage techniques, when she's clearly not, and she's wearing nail polish, which is a pretty basic no no for estheticians, for allergy and hygiene reasons...
