W.L. Weller was one of the founders of Bourbon in the US using wheat in his mash instead of Rye. Wheat is softer and ages better. A little caramel and fruit on the nose with a slight spice. Vanilla from the aging hits the palate and baking spice and citrus on the finish. Cheers!
