    Great review, thank you! I actually watched this a couple times, and finally just ordered an X13 for myself. I decided to go with the 2.8k display option, but also got the 54.7Wh battery, so hopefully the larger battery helps offset the 2.8K display's higher power consumption. This is going to replace my ThinkPad X230 that I bought 12 years ago back in 2012, which is still going strong with no issues (other than getting a little slow/long in the tooth) and I am typing this comment on it right now.

    Thanks! Great review 👌
    Would love to see a comparision between T14s Gen 4 and X13 Gen 4. Configuration seems much the same, but would love to hear your thoughts on size difference, build quality, heating, fan noise, speakers.

    Nice review Andrew! Was wondering if you heard anything about the thinkbook 16p g4? I've heard so much about it from CES and your video, but I don't see much reviews about it. And the magic bay accessories are nowhere to be found ...

    I'd love to know how you feel about reducing fan noise (i.e. i7 1360p) via windows 11 advanced power settings.

    This is an okay pc. Camera was okay and mics were good. Speakers sounded okay although there was some distortion in parts of the sound track you played. Display is good. Nice to have the option for 4g or 5g. Excellent review as always.

    I have to say the thinkpad series has stood the test of time. Maintained the same old look but also manages to look modern as well. For context I used to have an X61 and X201 before going for other laptops (Surface pro, asus zenbook) then came back to using thinkpad again. Currently using X13 Gen 1 AMD and still going strong. Have to admit thinkpads really lives up to being called rock solid

      I thought this would be a problem at first but the matte anti-glare screen does help tremendously in keeping that brigthness lower because there's not as many reflections. Usually if you have an OLED screen, that's like a mirror on modern laptops and you'll see screens upwards of 500 nits. This laptop is actually not that bad all things considered.

    Can't really decide between this and the ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 8. Difference is 13 vs 14 inches, black vs silver, and that's really it I believe.

    I dont know why Lenovo is shipping 41w batteries at all. Battery life use to be a staple of Thinkpad. Why solder the ram if you aren’t adding bigger batteries and shorten the key travel . At least add a better trackpad. Great review just a little disappointed. Seems like the x series only gets intel cpu upgrades.

    • @ithinkabout4369
      @ithinkabout4369 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The 41 Wh battery reduces the weight and it costs less. This is an enterprise model, and many enterprise customers want the cost saving and lower weight.

    I bought this laptop from Lenovo last month. No extra loaded apps, and battery life was 4 hours, with eco mode on. Lenovo replaced it and I had the exact same problem. Super disappointing. Anyone else had this issue?

    how does it compare to L13 yoga? it is cheaper, has AMD option (longer bettery life and quieter fan) and doesn't have this ugly camera bolt on panel. What would you miss downgrading to L13?

      @@andrewmarcdavid sounds like they’ve started selling them on the US website. But I don’t know how they can justify that price point ($2900, and I know they run sales often) with the Asus X13 at $2499. If you end up reviewing, it would be amazing to compare it with the Asus X13, XPS13 plus and maybe Framework 13 side-by-side. Cheers, mate!
