    I’m loving your videos, the sport is still growing. I’m glad you’re around. Very knowledgeable stuff and great information. Please keep doing your thing. I got chaos bags because of you. Doing my first break in and I know I’m going to love it.

    Ayy I appreciate this video and the kind words I will share it on my pages thank you again
    And to touch on the high heat, the reason I have that is because I’ve never done any bag without high heat so , I wanted to stay true to my results every time, I know when baggers hear hear usually it’s a turn off, but I wouldn’t never sell or suggest if I knew it was going to damage them
    As for the color fade I haven’t noticed any of mine fading over time, I know water alone can effect some colors on certain materials

    Really enjoy the point toss sauce gets my bags to. I never dry on high heat, low for a couple hours has been prefect for me. I don’t want them all the way broken in, just enough for me to start throwing with them prepped

    Hey I just recently started watching your videos. Very good content! I play mostly outside and my bags gets really dirty. Would you recommend tossing them in the washer to get clean? And if so, what product should I use? Regular detergent? A scoop of toss sauce? Let me know. Thanks!

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Toss Sauce makes a wash sauce that works great. You can also use a mild soap like Dawn dish soap. Just make sure the soap is fragrance free and you rinse it out thoroughly. If you leave any soap residue on the bags, they will play differently.

    I just bought a set of big wizard L what do u feel I should use and does it soften them up bc I threw some big wizard L at a blind draw and they feel different?

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends on how much you want the broke in. Toss Sauce will start to soften them up but throwing them afterwards is what will get them nice and soft.

    Hey mike I used nuked on my new psycho x bags have you ever had any issues. i nuked 4 other sets no issues but on my psycho x’s I got some fuzzy’s and little pulls in a few spots

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  ปีที่แล้ว

      The pulls have nothing to do with the break-in method. That comes from the material getting snagged on something - a rough spot on the board, something on the ground, being ripped out of the hole, getting caught in a zipper, etc. That fast side material on the Psycho X is known for getting snagged easily.
      The fuzziness is something I've noticed in Ultra bags recently. The last several sets that I have got from Ultra end up with more than normal fuzzy patches. There is nothing in the Toss Sauce that would cause that. I think it has something to do with how Ultra preps the material before they print on it.
      Neither of these issues is a Toss Sauce problem. These would happen no matter what you did to break in the bags.

      @@MikesBags sorry I didn’t clarify the bags were brand new never thrown

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  ปีที่แล้ว

      The pulls may have happened in the dryer. It's impossible for Toss Sauce or any other break in product to create a pull in the material. The pull is created when something catches and pulls one of the threads loose. Soaking bags in water with any type of product will not pull on the fabric.

      @@MikesBags yea wasn’t sure if the product was too strong for the material. I used nuked before this was my first issue. I guess it may have happened when kneading the bags or in the dryer. Thanks for the replies 👍

    I bought a set of fallout x bags by Buffalo boards. What level of toss sauce should I use? I have nuked, is that too much for those bags? They are pretty stiff but nothing crazy.

    • @MikesBags

      Nuked should be fine for those bags.

    Do you see much of a speed difference with Toss Sauce or just a more floppy bag?

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I do not notice a speed difference. The bags play the same as if I had just thrown them to break them in.

    I've only used Toss Sauce once and my bags have been slowly fading. I'm hesitant to use it again since I don't know if it was due to the Toss Sauce or something else. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't want to mention the bags because I don't want to call out the maker and I really do like the bags. I just don't like that they've faded so bad when I've only had them for a few months.

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've never heard of Toss Sauce causing bags to fade. I've used it a lot. If you haven't yet, I would recommend contacting the bag maker about that. Sounds like a sublimation issue to me.

    Skip the first 2.. Straight to NUKED just use a little less or more.. Stuff works great I soaked my last ones for almost 8hrs because I had to put them in the soak then leave.. I always no heat drying too.. 30 mins at a time until they have the feel I want..

    Never had good results with it personally and I refuse to put bags in the dryer, especially on high heat. This is why I asked if you ever done a hot soak and put in dryer in high heat. When I have used it a few times, to me, it felt like no difference than washing and letting the bag soak with Dawn Platinum. Even 6x6 data shows similar results..For the cost of Toss Sauce..I have better results with Wrinkle Guard with a Vinegar rinse in a front loader..but others have great success with it..*Shrugs*

    • @chipsammich2078
      @chipsammich2078 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It definetly works.. I think the directions on the bottle are the safest method for the manufacturer to not ruin bags..
      I never Dry in heat either but I've soaked bags everywhere from 30mins to 8-10hrs over night.. the dryer time after it really finalizes the process.. 30 mins in the dryer at a time til they are broken as you like.. I usually go hr and half in dryer..

    • @MikesBags
      @MikesBags  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I appreciate you sharing. I've had nothing but good results from using Toss Sauce. That being said, the way that I want my bags to feel after being broke in may be different that what you want. We all have different opinions on how a broke in bag should feel. I use the dryer on almost every bag because it helps with breaking in the fill. There is no product that will break in the fill. The only way to do that is to throw the bags or use the dryer. I don't always have enough time to spend throwing the bags to get them broken in enough to review them. I will use the dryer on no heat to speed that up.
