See i am hindu and i am a spiritual boy too and i love physics. Bu i don't believe in any thing that i see. Here the Rudrakch is moving because it needs to maintain it center of gravity it will rotate only 180degree or less just to maintain it center of gravity. If it rotates like a motor continuously i will be amazed but it won't.
