How to Fix The bug of JBL Horizon 2 FM Alarm: Unable to Set Alarm to Use FM Station

My JBL Horizon 2 FM Alarm arrived with one bug/issue. I can't set the alarm to use FM station, neither to set the alarm frequency, weekly/daily. After searching the web and debug, I found the problem. It is shipped with "Hotel Model On". After turning it to off I am able to change the alarm to use FM station, or ringtone, and also change the frequency.
