I've had 2 Hizeros. The good - it sweeps the debris off the floor instead of using suction, so it's quiet, easy to clean, and uses the battery efficiently. And it's easier to clean and doesn't redistribute pet hair in clumps like other machines. The less good - on any slightly uneven floor surface - and I've experienced this on both tile and engineered wood, all professionally installed, the brush roller misses spots. The bad - both of the machines I had died within 2 years. The brush roll motor stopped turning. I don't use my machine that often, my house isn't exceptionally dirty, and I cleaned them per the instructions after each use, so it was not abuse or "operator error". I even used only distilled water for cleaning. Too bad. There is a lot to like about the Hizero.
Haven't had mine even a year yet, so mine is still functioning but I agree as I noted the grooves in my hard time cause it to have a hard time, I have to go long ways to match the tile, or else it has missed spots. I also only use it 1-2x per week which is less frequent than it is designed to be used so have to completely soak the roller 1x per week which is the only thing I don't really like about it.
This particular unit I requested they send and they shipped it. I was under no obligation to speak about it favorably, I wanted it to compare against the eufy Mach V1 which I wasn't overly happy with.
I still have it and it works well, the only thing that annoys me is if you don't mop with it every day, the roller dries out bad and you have to spend time soaking it completely submerged because the roller must be moist or it doesn't function right.
Sorry I had to ask, thank you for being honest. I had one of there models, my biggest selling point was how it trapped the debris and the dwt separate. But as you said the roller would dry off and at the time I was using clay litter and it damaged the unit causing it to spill water. I really do miss it for the edge to edge cleaning and the separation. But I got the tineco ifloor 2 from marketplace for $50 and it does a good job but the edge to edge cleaning isn’t there. I’m a clean freak so now I’m stuck on my decision 😂
@@Hivydar The dry/wet crap separation was what I loved about this most, I could never get the residue smell out of my Eufy Mach V1 with it all mixed and even emptied cleanup was a hassle. I haven't personally used the Tineco iFloor 2, and the only thing I really wish this model had was headlights cause I have no lighting in my hallway and no outlets, but they make another model with headlamps. This was the only one of the two that could really get my dogs muddy dried paw prints off the tiles well. I plan on making more content with it soon, as I have used it about 30x so far for day to day cleaning and mostly my dogs fur/hair/mud when it rains out and they come through the dog door.

This looks cool. Thanks for sharing.
Definitely impresses me so far, like it a lot more than the eufy Mach V1

Was it sent to you? Or you purchased it? Sorry it didn’t say in your description
