My uncle introduced me to Freddie Garrity's music back in the 60's....his music was well known in southern Oregon, USA...I remember Freddie on the local radio station often...my same uncle would stop whatever he was doing and dance & wiggle when Freddie started singing on the radio❤👍...fun times to remember, and Freddie Garrity was an important part of my childhood....just really good times!!!
Freddie was the tea boy in the factory my dad worked in Stretford in thex1960s. Dad said hexwas a good singer and always joking around. Fond memories. X❤
Cannot forget the first time I saw freddie on tv, arms and legs all over the place but never missed a note. Terrific singer and a wonderful entertainer. Thanks for stopping by freddie.
Oh my. Such fun at Liverpool Empire and then at Leeds Grand the next year. I stepped up from chorus girl to Prince opposite Aysha. Freddie was so supportive and told me own my stage. Thankyou
I grew up listening to Oliver in the overworld as a kid and loved it. Many years later I played it to my daughter and she too loved it. Freddie, you will be missed. Gone to the land of the clockwork king :(
@@stephenwitcher5865 Thanks for your kind words. Yes, my cuz was a great guy. Since I moved to California in 1968 I didn't get to see him for years. But, he sure left his mark on the business. Continue to Rest in Peace dear Cuz. xxxxx

Thanks, Nick. "All I Ever Want Is You" is one of my favorites, and I enjoyed the photos, many of which were new to me. Hope you and yours are well.

R.I.P Freddie Garrity ♥️
Freddie had a beautiful voice and was a great entertainer. A bit goofy but awesome.
He was a bit before my time but a much better singer than he was given credit for.
Rest in peace
Did he have a cousin called Stephen Sims south shields
