Hello just saw your video and I love it thank you. I’m new in this industry. I would love to open one it’s my focus right but would like to know which app system is good for a playground. For example guest enrollment, waivers, payment, birthday, inventory … Which app do you think is the best for a playground also do you offer any training about a playground app system if yes how to do it. Best regards
Absolutely! Owning an asset like the building your business is in is best-case scenario. Of course, the cost and therefore risk is higher, but paying a mortgage instead of rent is more beneficial for you longterm.
I live in a small town in Honduras with nothing like this for kids... have my own property that is enough size to have a building built to be rent free... my Question is would a small town with many other small towns arounf enough or does it need to be in a big city?
Hi Louis! The great thing about small towns is that rent is also typically reflective of that and facilities cost less to operate in general. Since you have your own property, your costs would certainly be slashed! Your key to success will be choosing a good focus for your facility that caters to the need of your area. Check out this other video on my channel where I break down this process: th-cam.com/video/JnnzJefK3bk/w-d-xo.html Best of luck :) :)
this is a great podcast episode on that! It can be as simple as setting up a simple form on your website and utilizing a free email service provider like mailchimp or flodesk podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/001-make-money-while-growing-your-email-list-with-this/id1604289396?i=1000547770747
Hi Shahidraja, this will vary wildly based on size, location, etc. but our start up costs were a total of $200k which we funded using various sources, there is another video about this on our channel!
@@shahidrajakureshi1754 I would not recommend a house as the layout will not be compatible with your needs. I recommend looking at spaces starting at 1,800 sq feet if you will NOT have a cafe and 2,500 if you will have a cafe. It of course also depends if you are in an urban area, in which case people are used to smaller spaces :)
Thanks for the feedback ;) If you would prefer a more concise format-- feel free to read the blog with the 7 steps spelled out here: www.climbingvinescafe.com/blog/2018/12/14/7-crucial-steps-to-opening-a-play-cafe-or-indoor-play-space
She doesn’t have to change her speaking style. Your lack of respect you are showing is absolutely uncalled for. Your comment doesn’t help anything. It’s not constructive, and it isn’t even good feed back, so you want her to get to her points faster? Use her website for easy to find lists. I LOVE her speaking style. I’ve seen you comment on multiple videos. Every time it is negative. Respect different types of speaking styles, have patience when someone doesn’t do something the way you “think they should”, she clearly has more knowledge than you do about these topics or you wouldn’t be checking the videos.
Will you be my mentor? I’ll pay whatever your rate is.

Would you ever consider new construction on a building? That may be our only option due to most buildings in our areas not being very high
