Cerritos is the quietest. And it can range a house across the street from the beach to a beach front luxury condo. Like 16,000-40,000

My mom has been renting a place in Las Gaviotas about 5 blocks from the ocean very similar to the one you show first for around 10,000 pesos per month for the Winter. It's got an ensuite in the master plus the full bathroom. A very similar two bedroom apartment.
