She reminds me of a young Rihanna when she first came out with Pon de Replay. Hopefully they will sweep away ALL of the mediocre “artists” out now. I agree. I totally agree HaydReacts. Her dance moves are sharp. Her voice is on point. I'm sure she did this in rehearsals to exercise her breath, her intake of air, to allow her to be able to dance and sing on key in the same manner. I agree with you. The dancing is sharp, and that's what I truly love about her.
Ms Monet was JUST nominated for 7 GRAMMYS (PLURAL) after the VMAs told her team she would be unable to perform at the VMAS this past September 2023 because and I quote "it wasn't her time!" WTH???? I suggest whoever from the VMAS that told Monet's team "it was not her time" to immediately go have their sight and hearing checked ASAP. Monet has had nothing but SOLD OUT concerts in the US and abroad with some that had to be moved to larger venues!!!! Also Monet was giving Aliyah who came way before Ciara. Ciara only picked up where Aliyah left the void after her untimely passing. Monet actually said she wanted to give the Aliyah vibe in an interview...and that was my immediate take. Monet is a tour de force and 🔥!!! Sooo happy the Grammys recognized she is the TOTAL package.. And think I hear the VMAs gagging here in Newark NJ right now after that Grammy announcement! 🤣😅😅🤣😅😅🤣 The GRAMMYs who is a much older and well established music award entity recognized and got it right!!! Well deserved Yasssss!!!!!
