Which one do you prefer? Personally I love TTArtisan image so much at f/1.2 so on my casual walks i prefer that one.

For pleasure photograpy, TTArtisan is a go, but for for working, AF is almost a must have..

Facts! I cannot work without AF. Its crazy how some photographers still shoot weddings with Film cameras and rely only on manual focusing. I have so much respect for them but i could never lol

@@IliasKoureas I am a product photographer, my subjects dont move at all hahaha, but still, AF is always a big help. I only use my TTArtisan/7Artisan lenses when making casual photos for myself

Credible comparison, Ilias. Major points covered. Well illustrated. Artful thumbnail. Suggest you invest in a lens focus chart, or else download and print one of the free high res images of same on line. Google “lens focus chart”.
LR side by side segment helpful - one question, however. In LR were there lens profiles for these lenses? If so, did you check them on. If not, did you adjust the lens profile sliders yourself?
    Lens flare not covered.
Over-active “hands” in this vid was better, at least for first 2/3 😊.
IMO no viewer would unsub from your channel based on your face - no issues there 😊. Cheers!

This new 10mm f2 wide angle TTArtisan lens will be probably my next expense... I hate TTArtisans for making so many good low budget fast aperature lenses... For now I have 56mm Sirui Sniper and I also have 40mm TTArtisans Macro. I use both lenses for street photography and portraits, but macro lens is obviously way sharper, great for zooms and when I need detailed pictures (product photograpy, stuff for sale on online auctions, etc).

TTartisan is really getting good at what they are doing, both their cheap MF and their AF lenses are really becoming great.
With some times they may became the next viltrox :)

The TTartisan 10mm f2 is my next lens! It's on its way and I will have it next week 😁😁

Μου αρέσουν και οι δύο, αλλά το autofocus δίδει προβάδισμα στον Sirui.

Hello Ilias and thank you for your video! As I already wrote, I have the TTArtisan for my Zfc, which is a must have. 17mm F1.4, 23mm F2.0 and the 50mm F1.2. I use the original Nikkor 16-50mm and the 24mm F1.7, but rarely. What you have to say, and that annoys me, is that infinity position is never correct with the TTArtisan! I like to use all three TTArtisan for street photography with aperture 8 for a great depth of field, but you have to constantly correct, even if it's only a few millimeters. Fix it mechanically? No! Works, but not 100%! TTArtisan should improve on this and that's my only criticism, but it's a big one! Greetings from Passau, my friend 🙋‍♂

Same problem with the TTArtisan 23mm f/1.4. Such a great lens, but such a pain with the infinity focus...

I have this problem with almost ALL lenses i have ever used. From my dslr days till today it seems to me that almost no lens is correct in the infinity marker. I have learnt to never trust the infinity marker since it ruined an astro photography trip years ago 😂

@@IliasKoureasI have a few manual focus lenses which are pretty spot on, like the Voigtlander 58mm f/1.4 Nokton and the Zeiss DIstagon 35mm f/2.

@@hellasride2717 Damn!! I have used and tested around 20-30 lenses and never have i seen something like that. I guess i need to try out some voigtlander and zeiss glass. Curious to see how they render my images , since everyone is praising them and their 3d pop factor

@@IliasKoureas Both are truly amazing. The Zeiss Distagon 35mm f/2 is my everyday lens on my Nikon D750. It can be used with the Zfc with an adapter. Pretty heavy lens. The Voigtlander is my 2nd most used lens. I can lend you the lenses for a review if you want. In fact, I have my Voigtlander now in Athens for repair, because the aperture ring does not go to f/16 (it get stuck at f/11). However, it has been like this for years and I have used it without any issues.
