Oh my you did a fantastic job ! You are a hard worker who isn’t a quitter. It’s a pleasure to watch and learn as you share.. wow You go girl … keep it coming but be sure to take “ me” time
Raeanne the fireplace is gorgeous. All your hardwork and patience you do great work.Wish I new this trick in my last house.I painted the fireplace white and never really liked it.Now I know why.LOL
The fireplace looks amazing Raeanne! Awesome color choice. I have a similar brick layout except I have brick above the mantel. How long did the project take You? I am inspired by your hard work to change the color scheme on my fireplace. I am giving my living room a makeover as well. Way to go!
Raeanne the fire place looks sensational. The 2 paint colours work perfectly together. Great video , can’t wait to see the room reveal. Have a blessed weekend 🫶🏻
This is amazing. Thank you!! Is that normal wall paint or a kind of brick paint you are using? Could you please mention the links to the paints and primers you are using? That would be great.
This is simply too fab! I’m in need of a refresh for my space and this is definitely some great inspiration to get things moving along! great work. -HDG
It looks beautiful, it could be very intimidating. I would be so scared 😱. But I love it, beautiful job. I can't wait to see everything together. God bless and always be safe 🙏 ❤️
Mine it already painted completely white. So there are no crevices etc like yours. Would I be able to do what you did still? Would it look good without the crevices or should I create the crevices somehow without too much work/money ? Thanks!
You could try to create the crevices but it might be too much hard work! They do make faux brick sheets now that you can glue on - like at Lowes or Home Depot! Then paint to the color you'd like.
Hello! I'm doing this project right now. My fireplace is bigger but I want it exactly like yours, so yeah! Could you PLEASE, link in the bio where you got that brush for painting the bricks? The small one, what's the brand? When I use a bigger one, it's just so messy. Thank you!!
Thanks a lot for the idea and shades,I did pick the same and did it on my masonry fireplace, it came nice. And saved a lot money too 😀
Yeah!! I bet it looks so good! Paint is the best thing ever 🥰
The fireplace looks so beautiful, all that hard work paid off.I love seeing your house become a cozy home.

Looks great! Did you end up doing a white wash? I can't tell. It looks a little lighter but could be with all of the natural lighting.

This is amazing. Thank you!! Is that normal wall paint or a kind of brick paint you are using? Could you please mention the links to the paints and primers you are using? That would be great.
Normal wall paint from Sherwin Williams! The primer is just Zinsser primer from Lowes or Home Depot.
Nice job. I think I want to do the exact same color.
You should!
This is simply too fab! I’m in need of a refresh for my space and this is definitely some great inspiration to get things moving along! great work. -HDG
It was pretty easy and makes a huge difference in a room! I'm so glad you got some inspiration for your own home 🙂
Love it. Can’t wait for next video
Awe me too!! Thank you!
It looks beautiful, it could be very intimidating.
I would be so scared 😱. But I love it, beautiful job. I can't wait to see everything together.
God bless and always be safe 🙏 ❤️
Thank you!! I've painted fireplaces before so I was pretty confident lol!
Hi, I think you did a great job! Thank you for the inspiration. I tried looking for the Aviatrix and could not find.
Your fireplace turned out just great! 😊❤😊🌻

Looks awesome! could you include the paint color in the description please ?
Yes I can! Can't believe I forgot to do that!
This looks very nice. I am going to use it for my fireplace. What shade of white did you use for the cement? Or was it just the primer?
It was just leftover white from my walls - Pure White by Sherwin Williams. But really any white would be fine!

Zibra paint brushes! rstyle.me/+Y6m0Tm5R6yoNwdvkoPfLZg
And then the small one for the white in between the bricks is just a craft brush 🙂
Love this!! What color did you use for contrast?
The lighter color is Dovetail and the darker one is Aviatrix (one shade darker) - both from Sherwin Williams!
@@RaeanneMacklin thank you sooo much! can't wait to try this myself :)
I attempted to do this and followed all the steps but mine came out very dark gray and I used the same colors 😩
❤❤
👍🏻👍🏻
That's a lot of work
But you did good 💗
did you turn the gas off on the fireplace
We had never used it, but it works now!!
Did you do whitewash in the end?
I did not! I bet it would be beautiful though! I've done whitewash in a different home and it was gorgeous.
did you whitewash?
I did not! I've done it in a previous home though and I do love it!
