Congolese church dancing is awesome. I got a bit in my channel captured when I stopped in Africa. I was lucky to see it first-hand, when it also incorporated the live singing, sometimes in choirs. I didn't realize Denver had an established Congolese community.

It's amazing that young people all over the world celebrate their heritage and going back to their roots and traditions. No one would think that in modern Poland for example people would get married in traditional gourmet from past centuries. Such pride such love for tradition, love it!

Seems everything we read about the Congo-Brazzaville, or Congo-Kinshasa is negative. Civil strife, environmental issues from illegal mining, etc., etc. We forget that these countries have wonderful cultures and traditions. It is so wonderful to see this wedding dance.
They never show you the positive things about this beautiful continent of Africa and what is going on with the positive and progressive things on this continent. They fail to show the "booming economies" of some of some countries and the constant construction that is going on in some of these countries. They also fail to show you how some these countries are becoming educational magnets as well. They depict Africa on a negative level and fail to realize the positive things about the "Motherland of Civilization".
As an African living in Africa, I agree 💯.
