Asian Barley Soup:
cooked barley from 1 1/2 cups uncooked, pressure cook method for 12 minutes
carrots cut to bite sizes
celery, same cut
onion, small dices
3 garlic cloves smashed
3 chicken thighs, cut up to bite size pieces
6-8 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
thin soy sauce
chicken bouillon powder
salt and pepper to taste
