You know it will be a good video when there are Magnus, Hans, and Hikaru in the tittle lol. Overall it was a good Late TT for Hikaru even though he didn't win the event but winning against Magnus and Hans always feels nice.
" we don't get to see what happens because Hans doesn't have good enough mouse skills..." 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 That Kramnik thing with the time, birds of a feather...
Congratulations to Hikaru on amazing win against Magnus, with him offering a draw and you refusing it. It is also with the black pieces… It doesn’t get more legendary than that. Absolutely crushing !
"Magnus and I show once again why hans is simply not likely to become the first american future world chess champion" Okay that's diabolical line. LMAO he might start cheating again.
@@drewdukkha I dislike Hans and am annoyed a lot of the time by his supporters, but... He's gotten cooked at every event he has played in? Come on, now. He's been doing well lately. He's been saying completely insane shit in interviews and it sucks hearing people repeat it, but the SCC was a really good tournament for him where he showed he's good enough to beat anyone not named Magnus, Hikaru, or Alireza. There's no shame in that. Is he in the absolute top class for speed chess? No, he's the next tier down. Would I say he "got cooked" at that event? Also no.

Wait a sec, the last game was Hans's to win. He lost on time yes, but the game was a bloodbath. Carlsen's game was a little bit less chaotic but still. I don't think Hans deserves any personality praises, he acts like a jerk. But I like the pressure he generates in the chessboard for Hikaru and Carlsen. It seems like his precense forces both of them to even further improve and not sit in the comfort zone.
How come Magnus makes 3 mistakes and gets 99.7 accuracy 3700 performance but I play the greatest sneakiest almost positionally incredible game of my life, and I played at 68.5% 1200 performance?
1st game between Magnus and Hans was played so poorly. I don't how they blundered like more than 2 times when you have no other choice than to capture a piece or move a peace on 1 or 2 squares to just simply improve the position. The “Magnus” and the “future chess champion” effects really work.
Thanks for your review, Hikaru, but calling Hans the n-word 12 times was kinda uncalled for.
