Awesome video! I need a new carbon-shoe for intervals. Tried Metaspeed Paris and LOVED the ride and feel but 5mm drop didn’t work for me. Considering going for Alphafly 3 but im not sure. Do you have any recommendations? Have been loving Salomon for all my trail running since 2018 so considering the phantasm aswell…
