@@Musicshaun After doing some testing and researching, I found it should be possible to connect up to 4 cameras at any time - assuming your system can handle it. In the event I opted to try DroidCam OBS as it is a fully integrated OBS plugin rather than a standalone PC app. This gives it a native feel which makes it very easy to use, plus the remote camera control docking menu gives me control over exposure, white balance, focus and electronic zoom. Additionally, I can bring in as many smart phone camera feeds as I want. I'm still evaluating it, but my experience so far has been very positive.
Great content. I only wish you had tried 60fps option on the apps which has it available. Lower frame rate make the output video of the phones look a bit choppy.
Heyy! Thanks for the support! Actually I was focusing more on conferencing apps like Zoom Skype etc. and as far as I know they only transmit max 30fps. But for streaming to TH-cam maybe it could be cool. However, I didn’t find an option to change the framerate in any app except iVCam, it doesn’t seem the others support high framerate 🤔
Ivcam is the best imo.. Great and stable quality... Ok, I paid €24 but it's well worth it. I even run it on OBS via USB in 1920 by 1080 and in 60fps. 4K has glitches in all the apps here.
Great video, thanks for making it - do you know how many IVcams can be connected to OBS at any one time, I was hoping to connect 3
Oh that I didn’t test, hopefully someone else can share their insight!
Maybe you can try with the free version and let us know? ;)
