Thank you for watching. I already had a little hook so I hooked it to it. But if you do not have it, you can leave the ends open (do not create the loops at the end, just leave two pieces of twine loose) so you can tie them in a bow in the back of the curtain. Hope that makes sense 😊

Loved the rope ties! But I am curious how you attach them in the back? You have two loops? How do you hook them when hanging on a curtain?
