What I like most about your channel is you make it feel like we are friends visiting you and hubby while you teach us quilting/sewing. I’ve have learned so much from you! I am 79 and love creating things for others. I have made quilts using flat sheets. The fabric is sturdy, doesn’t fade, holds up better than the quilt top. And they are cheaper than by the yard.
This is the first time I have responded. I am 91 yrs young and I love to sew and mostly quilt blocks. I enjoy watching your show and your conversation with Scotty.
cooled off a bit here in southern Oregon. In the 90s for a while. enjoying your videos! watched your quilt of allusion earlier while I did some long stitches on a baby quilt! another one due in september. QUILT ON!!
I really like the background/accent block added to the jelly roll block. It changes things up a lot. I will definitely be making this quilt. Thanks for your inspiration. 😊
I know this is Monday and I watch on a tv last night and couldn’t text you I like your videos and do wish you were all well. Just keep doing the exercises and you will be healed. I love the way you are so kind to reach out to us and repeat over and over. God bless you iron man
I love the quilt top! I had brain surgeries this past November. As I was healing, the nurses would put on your You tube channel for me. The talking and sound of the sewing machine was/is soothing. Imagine my surprise when I finally became self aware that I had no hilts done! I’m slowly getting back into it.
You are a pretty inspiring young lady, what with your MS and just losing your beautiful son. I have been watching you for a while now, and love your tutorials and your chat with all of us. Praying for you, Tiffany. I hope your MS will go into remission. Has that ever happened for you? My cousin went into remission for quite a while with hers, a few times now. I just lost my husband in February, so you didn't know it, but you and I have been "hanging out" the last several months. Have a great day! Hugs, Lita
Thank you 😊 and yes I have times that MS don't bother me. It's rare as I am Secondary Progressive and always am in a attack. I have flair of worsening on constant symptoms. But I've had times where I feel good. But over the years I have learned to manage better than when I was younger. Sorry to hear about your husband. Loosing someone you love is very hard. It's good that we have our quilting as a distraction from any sadness and pain.
Hi Tiff. I've watched several of your videos. Mad respect. Wondering if you've done any free motion quilting on your Juki? Is the throat size large enough? I can't afford a long arm, and will probably do quilt as you go if it's a larger quilt. Any advice? Hope you feel better and the heat outside let's up.
Well you absolutely can FMQ on the Juki. I have done a queen on mine. And it was a tad tight but I made it work. It's a great machine for that. I have some old videos of free motion quilting. They are hard to watch videos cause it's when I first started filming.
Omg, I cannot believe these spam fools. I have heard of other quilter utubers say the same as you. Terrible people out there. Ruin it for the rest of us.
Sorry to bother you, but I am looking for the video you did using 6.5" squares, 4.5" squares and I think 2.5" squares. But not totally sure. Can you direct me to that video please?
@@TiffanysQuiltingLife Thanks for keep looking. This block has 2 6.5" blocks that was sitting diiagonal the other sides had blocks that added up to 6.5' with one being a strip whick i think was 2.5" wide

Oh I missed it so have to rewatch to get the measurements thanks for explaining
that looks fun! I think I will do mine in polka dots though.
Love how adding the accent & background makes a great lap-size quilt👏🏾
Very nice your blanket.
You are a great teacher, make it seem so easy!
❤❤ I just enjoy watching you, ideas and awesome suggestions! You are my favorite to listen to and give so much inspiration,

Hey Tiffany
👋 Hello
Missed your Sunday live getting groceries ( I sure hope the majority will last a couple weeks or month.)Some will last longer.
Isn’t that the “Rail Fence” pattern. I made one and appliquéd baseballs in the corners of the blocks. It was cute.
It's similar, but the 2nd block is just background and accent 😊
Robin here

Tiffany if it's Christmas don't you do Enchiladas. They look good
Ya I do 😊 I cook here and there, mainly in the winter. It's too hot to cook in the summer 😄
Hug Thumper for me. My cats Thistle and Cheyanne send their regards to Thumper.
MEOW 🐈 😻
Please tell Thumper hello from Buster, Gus, and Half-pint.
The only thing I'd do differently is put the blocks RSD and avoid having to turn them over when putting them together.
Not sure what rsd is?
Maybe it's right side down.... but you would still have to handle the fabric another time and stack it.
I wouldn't opt for that.
I keep finding screws, I don't throw them away because that's when I'll need them. Seriously, it's a mayonaise jar.
That's weird.

How can we get the pattern for the quilt from 7/23/2023
The video is verbal visual instruction only. There is no written instructions cause it is very easy 😉
What's the fastest quilt you've ever made
My Layercake Madness pattern I've pieced in under 2 hours.
