I'm just trying to get my work-from-home setup to have better audio and it's a nightmare to understand all the cables and converters and boxes and pre-amps and mixers and things plugged into other things. That and expensive... Vtubers gotta put down a good $7K just to get started with all their bits and pieces.

For now Shu hasn't revealed too much about his current location for people to be able to dox. In this picture his windows are covered with blinds, there isn't much of his room layout shown, and as far as I can tell no reflective surfaces. So for now Shu is safe, but he needs to be really careful about what irl stuff he can reveal.
@@sparo_splat Nah, I think being too paranoid about it is just detrimental. Like, it’s weird to have to feel so uptight over every little thing like a desk setup. I’m sure Shu is responsible about it, so I don’t think it’s necessary to worry so much on his behalf.

1: Shu's desk is a really nice shade of wood, dude's got good taste.
2: I seriously doubt it is, but I like to think that Shu's rightmost monitor is always sideways because why not.

after i accidently stayed on a video call for an hr and didnt realize i now keep a piece of tape over my camera that i flip up when i use it
This made me jealous of Shu. My setup is super unorganised since I don't have that much time to properly put things where they belong. Even my proper and neat set up is no where close to Shu's set up.
Try minimalism. A simple design and it takes effort to keep it organised
buy some of those cable organizers. some wires are like too long, right? or like most of them goes to the same plug. Use those cable organizers.. It helps lessen the stuffy look...

My set up is made of an LCD damaged laptop that's connected to an old TV with a big crack at the 4th quadrant of the screen. My mic is my Php30.00 earphones, and the camera I use is either my laptop camera or the Php200.00 camera I baught from shoppee (I use this when the prof requires us to angle the camera where they can see both me, my screen, and my paper, when we are taking an exam).
I can't believe I'm about to graduate college using this set up 😭. Y'all I'll work my @$$ so I could afford a decent laptop at least.
I forgot to mention, my gaming chair is my niece's mini monoblock chair 😭😂 AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAA
